Not the first visit to these apartments and won't be the last.everything is perfect.location, friendly staff,rooms great size, everything you need,only a short walk into the nightlife and beach.will be back

This accommodation is so noisy by the cleaning staff that start at 8am in the morning. Dragging furniture across the floor. Banging cupboard doors. The noise was horrendous. The checked out time is 10 am which far to early. We were woken up both mornings of our stay. No consideration for the guest in this accommodation. The Bathroom door needed to be repaired and shower rail did not work properly, had to hold the shower head to have a shower. The accommodation floor was dirty. Would not stay in this accommodation again.

Staff excellent beds very hard kitchen fine cheap get away so you pay for what you get but 9days away ideal pool was freezing

Stayed for 4 nights with friends..Rooms were clean and spacious,the pool and surrounding area was very relaxing.The staff were friendly and helpful, l would definitely stay again 👌 I would definitely recommend it for couples and families

Guy on Recaption was not helpful or welcoming. Shower was cold and not fixed. Had a problem with the card. Had to keep going down from the 11th floor to get new cards eventually they put new batteries in the door 10am is a bit early for check out especially when we didn’t check in till 11 pm

I have stayed a levante lux many times, aswell as others in the chain. Always a pleasurable stay, staff are amazing and property is a home from home.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at these apartments and would definitely return again. They are clean and spacious. Staff are always on hand to help if needed.

Pleasantly suprised with this spacious apartment . Good quality appliances in the kitchen . Everything spotless. Lots of clean towels. Large balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on . Reception area / sofa area nice to have a drink from the bar . Reasonably prices . Limited bar snack menu . Communal air con switched off but it was November, still a warm night though . We only booked two nights to see a show .

Great spot, very clean, cupboard in between the 2 single beds wasnt fixed to the wall properly, exposing wires for the sockets. Had older kids in there is no issue. Great staff too. All in all fantastic.

Good quiet and convenient location. Spacious apartment booked as 'superior'. Very basic layout, no hooks for towels, 2 mirrors but only 1 next to a socket. Wardrobe doors poorly fitted, didn't slide. No space for wife's longer dresses. Shower gushed all over floor, no plug for sink. Bed sheets had an embedded lingering odour of sweat, not mine! Staff friendly and professional but didn't advise of room safe charge at check in. On checkout asked about our deposit paid but wasn't asked for it at check in so no refund necessary. Fridge didn't look that clean but short stay so didn't use kitchen facilities. Welcome sink pack was nice touch

The building is in a poor condition, no ventilation in the bathroom. Elevator is shaking while going up. Dirty floors. Main problem- water pressure is changing while taking shower, water is changing the temperature as well from burning hot to cold - we couldn’t take a normal shower during our stay. Positive thing - staff is very helpful and friendly. Tip - avoid high floor accommodation- ventilation is very loud!

Was good ,but didnt clean whilst we was there.We aas i bed they never came back .

Great apartments for a quieter stay but still walkable distance to everything. The apartments are huge and have so much space with a huge balcony to match. Bed was really comfy and the bathroom looked brand new. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is fairly new, convenient and the staff is very helpful and friendly. the Levante beach is a 5 min, 500 m walk downhill. Pool area was quite crowded and is not very cozy but clean and practical. Bar had reasonable prices (for Benidorm!). Room was spacious, very clean and AC was working fine. Nice beach view from window. Only minus were the slow elevators ;) and the fact that it is a bit of a walk to old town if you want to spend time there. We would definitely return if we are to come back to Benidorm!
