First few days in Morocca and still becoming accustomed to local ways. Check in seemed overly complicated, as we had pre-booked and pre-paid. Eventually got it sorted out ; it may just have been the manual entry of all forms into the system is not something we are used to.

Only just taken over by Barcelo Group so not yet built up to expected Barcelo standards. Renovation due this winter . But I wasn't told this and it wasn't reflected in Prices paid.

Dette kan ikke være et 5 stjerners hotell. Gamle og slitte møbler. Ikke godt nok rengjort. Generelt dårlig standard.

Séjour pas très top ! L’hôtel est très bien situé mais en revanche assez vieux et nous n’avons pas aimé. La vie est magnifique mais nous n’avons pas aimé la chambre ou l’hôtel globalement.

Super emplacement, très beau cadre et paysages, hotel assez joli mais tres vieux la climatisation n’est vraiment pas au top aucun réglage possible, brasse de l’air seulement. Petit déjeuner n’a vraiment rien d’un petit déjeuner 5 etoiles!! Ça reste correct mais ne vous attendez pas au luxe promis des 5 étoiles !!

Facility is super old. Water pressure is super small. Super noisy around the hotel. Don't know why it is ranked 5 star....

Le personnel semble fatigué… ou simplement pas motivé. Dommage, car un peu plus de professionnalisme et d’amabilité aurait pu faire oublier les défauts de l’établissement.

I like the location of the hotel But I don’t like the furniture in the room it was too old and also they gave me room in the back of the hotel without a view

Everything was good, locatiin is perfect, clean room, staff very friendly and pro. Inly bad thing is swimingpool was closed.

Över lag bra. Hotellet är lite slitet men personalen var trevlig, poolen var bra, frukosten var väldigt bra.
