They let us check in early, staff was nice. I wanted to get rid of our rental car, said there was no airport shuttle. The room was stifling hot. There was no air con, had to open window, got smoke from outside smoking area and down the hall. Disco started at 2130 and continued to 0230, then loud voices in parking lot to 0430. Not much sleep. Will try breakfast and find my way to airport. Do not advise staying here unless you are a smoker and not in need of rest

Terriblement bruyant. Soirée jusqu'à 4h30 impossible de dormir. Changement de chambre à 00h40 pour un mieux mais encore très bruyant au premier étage.

Le camere non sono pulitissime ma nemmeno pessime, il parcheggio è comodo e il personale è gentile. Struttura molto datata ma non male come pensavo

This Hotel isn't a 4 star hotel it's outdated and not what it seems on the photos. you need to pay for the pool and no ac was working deserves 1/10

Hôtel bien placé pour se rendre à Florence en train. Par contre assez bruyant dès le matin à 5h. Camion voiture qui passe sur la route le long de l'hôtel... Pour le petit-déjeuner correct mais sans plus...

DO NOT book this property. This property was absolutely not what the pictures showed! This is not a destination property. It felt like a truck stop hotel. If you are visiting Florence and looking for an affordable place to stay DO NOT stay there. There is 0 parking, mountain of garbage in the back of the property,

Schreckliches Hotel!! Die 4 Sterne hat das Hotel bestimm in den 60-ern bekommen. Die Einrichtung wie aus einer Zeitreise. Das angebotene Frühstück ungenießbar. Schlechte Wurst kaltes Tetrapack Rührei. Kein Obst kein Gemüse. Nur Toastbrot und Süßkram. In dem Hotel übernachten überwiegend Monteure, LKW Fahrer auf Durchreise und Bauarbeiter. Nichts für Famillien und schon gar nicht mit Kindern. Schrecklich.

Un albergo che non so come faccia ad avere quattro stelle, vecchio, antico, vetusto, sembra di essere rimasti negli anni 70. Al piano terra annessa all'hotel c'è una disco-piano bar e potete immaginare, la sera (almeno il sabato) è impossibile trovare parcheggio. La camera piccolissima, una tripla evidentemente adattata dove non ci si entrava e non c'era posto neanche per poggiare i trolley aveva i serramenti di legno vecchissimi chiusi con un chiavistello. Il bagno aveva il bidet ATTACCATO alla tazza (vedi foto) impossibile da usare. Lasciamo stare lo stato della vasca con la ruggine (non doccia).

Cet hôtel est souvent mal noté, c’est juste qu’il ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles en France mais plutôt à un 3 étoiles. Si l’on se base à un 3 étoiles, l’hôtel est correct, propre, le personnel est agréable, les lits très confortables.

Hotel assolutamente non 4 stelle. Muffa in camera. Appena arrivati ci danno le chiavi di due camere già occupate. Colazione pessima con ragnatele nell'area ristoro.
