We loved this hotel. The bed was huge and so comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. Short walk to station and also to town over the bridge. Free mini bar and chocolate violin a very welcome touch.

Prijs kwaliteit schoot iets teveel uit naar de prijs. Iets te duur dus anders was het een dikke tien geweest.

Perfect stay for a night in Maastricht!

We loved the hotel, not good value for money though we felt. The breakfast was great, the service at breakfast was poor, terribly disjointed. Wonderful girl Leah was let down by the rest of the staff. Rude and unaware we were waiting ages for service which they were to provide. Older gentleman was one of the rudest and possibly the manager girl all in black. We know you can do better! We won’t be back when you pay over €400 a night you should receive better.

Sehr netter Empfang und Personal extrem freundlich. Leider ist es durch die Straßen Lage und das Nachtleben nachts sehr laut und man muss das Fenster schließen.

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen zelfs een upgrade. Zo’n prachtige kamer met bad, aparte douche, Frans balkonnetje en heerlijke bedden met fijne kussens. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad! Tot een volgende keer!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! Room was huge, clean and i definitely felt like i got what i had paid for it. Staff was great and helpful. It's also very conveniently located near the Maastricht central train station by only a 5 min walk. (Tip: park at the train station garage)

We had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious, clean, upscale, and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Prachtig hotel - ondanks de verbouwingen (waar we weinig last van hadden) heerst er een enorme rust in het hotel en straalt het pure klasse uit

Heerlijk, rustig verblijf gehad. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kamer was schoon en leuk ingericht.

Perfect hotel, zoals het hoort om te verblijven. Goede locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten en ruime badkamer met aparte douche. Goed kingsize bed. Fantastisch lekker ontbijt met keuze uit breakfast buffet of a la carte. Dank aan o.a. Anja.

lovely good hotel, in a very nice part of Maastricht. small point of attention, wifi not really strong. the general airflow in the room was very dry.

Boutique hotel rinnovato da poco, le camere nuove sono molto belle. Personale gentile, il ristorante dall'hotel vale assolutamente la pena di essere provato.
