Excellent spa and friendly staff. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

Everything was great, but the hour-long massages cost too much. Breakfast was outstanding. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were compfy.

Esperava mais do hotel, pelo valor cobrado. Poderiam melhorar as cortinas do quarto, pois deixam passar muita claridade. O cafe da manha foi razoavel, poderia ser melhor. Para o nivel de hotel, no minimo uma cafeteira no quarto, deveria estar disponivel. Reposicao da agua de cortesia se vc fica mais de uma noite hospedada e a retirada da garrafa de agua vazia do quarto.

O conforto, limpeza, ambiente excelentes! Piscina, spa, com ligação interna sem passar por recepção e agua quente. O único apontamento a salientar é a necessidade de carregamento para carros elétricos mais eficiente.

Gostei do quarto.

Didn’t start well when receptionist insisted I had prepaid and need to pay again. Still took several minutes after giving them a printed copy of my reservation. When they realised it was their error they were very apologetic but it was still awkward particularly with a big queue building up behind me. Pool facilities great. Bar lovely and bar staff take huge pride, rightly, in their cocktails but service was so slow. An hour to get a beer ordered when sat down for food. Often 20 mins directly at the bar. Tip…order 2 drinks each.

All staff were amazing from our check in to bar service to dinner service. I had a massage which I would highly rate. Otavio and Bruno really stood out for us and went the extra mile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very comfortable room and lots of lovely hotel facilities. We will definitely stay there again.

No printed bar menu said the staff because of their devotion to eco matters. I found one on the bar but was not allowed to take it away. We did not eat there that evening.

I was using the hotel to break up a long drive from Santander to Lisbon. Arriving in the late evening, I feared the kitchen would be closed by the time I arrived. But the gentleman who checked me in quickly took me to the bar where they made me a toasted sandwich while I put my things in my room, which I greatly appreciated. The room was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good, and the little touches of wool and wool related paraphernalia were a nice touch. I didn't get to use the pool, but I'd definitely come back.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Sehr schönes Zimmer (einmal von der Aussicht abgesehen). Das Personal an der Rezeption hätte etwas freundlicher sein können.
