Une partie des piscines (zone enfants toboggan, soit le plus important quand on vient en famille) étaient fermées pour maintenance. Nous aurions preferé le savoir avant, nous aurions sûrement fait un autre choix. Le personnel à la réception ne parle pas un mot de français (comme partout à Lanzarote il faut parler anglais, espagnol ou Allemand). L'équipe d'animation et restaurant bar était au top; ils ont fait en sorte que nous passions un super séjour !

The hotel was ok however the rook condition was extremely poor. The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. This is not only bad to look at but extremely dangerous for young kids, elderly people or people with respiratory issues. I would recommend that you stay somewhere else due to this.

Poolside sunbeds need replacing, most were overstrectched uncomfortable and dirty. Room was fine no complaints. Staff always helpful. Pool bar okay offered everthing you asked for.

Caybeach Sun is fine, but I don't think we'll be back. To start our trip we were told that the two apartments that we booked for our family would be at opposite ends of the resort - even though they were booked in the same booking on hotels.com... This was frustrating and the staff seemed to have no interest in helping or attempting to rectify it so we just had to live with it. When we got to our apartment we found that the fridge had spilled orange juice in the bottom, which made us doubt exactly how clean the rest of the place was. Although the sheets did appear clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. All in all the resort is a little shabby. It's clearly an older resort that has been bought and rebranded as there are hints everywhere to the old name and logo. Appliances are old, showers were corroding in both apartments, our shower tray leaked onto the floor. A number of the pool loungers were broken so the back couldn't prop up. All in all, the resort was fine for sleeping and reasonably comfortable, just don't expect anything special. Oh and if you like privacy maybe avoid this one, a significant number of the apartments 'balconies' are just open at the front and have paths that run right next to them so you'll have people walking past as you try to relax and looking in your windows if you have the curtains open.

Great breakfast, clean room. Staff friendly. Indoor pool a bit tired and only open 2-6pm. The massage jets did not work and the jacuzzi was cold. Need to pay extra and organise in advance for steam room and sauna. Ideal location.

Zimmer war stark veraltet/abgenutzt. Betten hingegen waren sehr bequem, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Nettes Personal.

Room was basic and needs a good refresh, however was spotlessly clean. The whole hotel is tired but for what we needed was absolutely fine for a cheap last minute break.

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer hätten eine Renovierung nötig. Von kaputten Steckdosen über zerbrochene Drehteller in der Microwelle, eine total verdreckte Klimaanlage… Wofür diese ominösen 150€ Pfand gefordert werden, ist mir nicht klar, da ja am Ende nicht wirklich etwas repariert wird. Die 150€ habe ich zurück erhalten. Dennoch eine merkwürdige Vorgehensweise. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal beim Frühstück. Auch wenn das Buffet relativ einfach ist - die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Hotel ligger godt, men værelser er slidt og trænger til renovering. Indendørs pool skulle være opvarmet, men det var den ikke. Personale flinkt, men alt trænger til renovering.
