You are welcomed when you arrive and reception is friendly and helpful. Room very clean and we received an upgrade which was a nice unexpected perk. Large room with city view and during the heatwave it had air conditioning. Excellent walkable location to old town and 10 minute walk to sightseeing tours.

Gorgeous hotel. Helpful and accommodating staff. Spectacular rooftop restaurant and bar with outstanding views. Not to be missed!! Bartenders are exceptional!!

Nice 4 star hotel with terrific location right on the river next to the old city. Large room size. All good, we are definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful day at hotel Stein. Salzburg is such a lovely city and the hotel is nicely situated to see all the wonderful sites. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Arman provided us with great service and great recommendations. We would totally stay here again.

Rooms were great the bed was so comfortable! First full nights sleep since I started traveling! Amenities … free bus passes… we went to St Gilgen and St Wolfgang for free! Excellent! Oh and location is perfect. Could be better!
