The property is well maintained. The staff was very helpful (Google Translate). It is in walking distance to do many things. There is a driver for hire on-site. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It is the perfect choice if you want to be in the heart of the action in Panama City. Located right in the financial district, it’s incredibly convenient—you are steps away from public transportation, including Metro Line 1. The hotel is spotless, very safe, and the staff is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Considering the prime location and the quality of service, the price-to-value ratio is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free base to explore the city!

Room smelled of bleach on check in. The laminate flooring was worn and the noise from traffic, even on the 9th floor, was annoying. There are better hotels at this price point in the area.

Basic and clean accomadation

We did not take breakfast. The Ac kept the room cool. However the noises at night was ridiculous. You could hear persons flushing theirntoilets and dragging stuff very loudly. It was not a restful stay. The rooms were kept clean daily

The place is a dump

The room was not up to standard. One of the night tables was missing, looked like it had been torn out of the wall. The staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly, just functional. Few smiles, for example. There were some things about this hotel I liked so I hope other questions give me a chance to mention at least some of that.
