O hotel é bem localizado fica a menos de 5 minutos (caminhada) da Estacion Loteria. Também existe no hotel uma máquina de gelo que funciona permanentemente. A climatização dos quartos é muito boa, a limpeza é feita diariamente. O wi-fi é bom. Os quartos são simples: tem 1 frigobar mas não tem fogão ou microondas. Para quem tem como objetivo fazer passeios durante o dia é aceitável. Já a noite (após 20h) existe um fluxo de pessoas "desafiadoras". Recomendo usar Uber, os táxis podem ser outro desafio em relação aos valores cobrados. O sistema de transporte público funciona muito bem. A duas esquinas do hotel tem um supermercado grande (Machetazo - busque o site) que funciona 24 horas. O Machetazo tem 4 andares e tem de tudo, vale uma hora para fazer uma visita. Para fazer compras é preciso levar o passaporte. Bem próximo ao hotel existe um calçadão que pode servir para quem gosta de corrida ou de caminhada pela manhã. E tem nessa orla o letreiro "Panamá". Para quem chega do Aeroporto Tocumen e não quiser gastar com Uber uma dica: compre o cartão de transporte, faça uma recarga e venha de metrô. Cartão METROBUS. O melhor itinerário é: Aeroporto - Coredor Sur - Estacion San Miguelito (verde) - Estacion San Miguelito (vermelho) - Estacion Loteria (você deve descer aqui). Você fazendo esse roteiro só fica dentro do metrô. É menos difícil, mais seguro e os metrôs são climatizados. Para ir para o aeroporto basta fazer a rota inversa.

The accommodations were adequate. It was clean and the staff was courteous. The biggest issue was location wasn’t comfortable for me as a single woman traveling alone.

I was in a corner room and the property decided to do construction on the rooms directly next to me and directly across from me the entire week of my stay. There is a window off track in the back right corner of the stay and despite me putting the do not disturb sign on the door the housekeeper insisted on knocking on the door and one day when I was out still came and serviced the room. I’m OCD and there’s a reason I didn’t want my room disturbed. There were no washcloths. As far as amenities they give two bars of soaps and the tv was a whole different story, it started out on 3 adult channels and I turned it off. Stephanie at the front desk and the maintenance man were very helpful as it was my first time in Panama. I always felt safe and the AC definitely worked. The rooms under construction were left open so I could see the major overhauls as well as hearing them when I was leaving. I used WhatsApp to reach the property for WiFi because the room phone had no instructions and no real way to reach to front desk. I don’t suggest it if you want to work from your room during the day. The decor and mirrors throughout looked great for content. As a solo traveler, it has its ups and downs at this property so I would give it a 3/5.

Excelente! Muito melhor do que o esperado. Ao chegar no check-in um rapaz, muito atencioso nos recebeu, não perguntei o nome dele, mas nos passou todas as instruções de passeio em casco e canal do Panamá. Foi muito solicito mesmo. O hotel é mais express, mas tivemos todas as nossas necessidades atendidas. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom e com boa vazão, quarto e banheiro limpos. Pelo valor, muito justo. O hotel fica a 2k de casco viejo e foi perfeito, de uber dava menos de USD 3, deu para passear bastante e aproveitar. Há um mercado maior na esquina e como no outro dia fomos a San Blas, foi providencial. Não há frigobar no quarto, mas não sentimos falta por 1 noite, e também não tinha secador de cabelo no quarto, nem na recepção. De resto, atendeu excelentemente bem!

The room was adequate for the price. The bed was actually comfortable. The area is probably not the safest. My biggest complaint would be the noise and how thin the walls are. It's a bit hard to fall asleep to the sounds of moaning and clapping, but it is what it is. You get what you pay for.

One of the staff members were always there for me, his name is Willy. Willy helped me park my rental car, helped me find food and brought it to my room, helped me carry my luggage and he made me feel like home. He even helped me find a taxi cab at night when I didn't want to drive. My bed sheets were always cleaned when I returned to my room at night, I also had cleaned towels and I liked the location, right in the heart of Panama. Good AC and hot water.

Cheap option to stay in the city. Basic amenities. Don’t expect much.
