Room 606. Helpful and friendly staff. Great welcome. Cleaning crew were great. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast array were exceptional. We enjoyed the fruit section. We are removing one star for the dining experience. Seemed understaffed that time, it took about forty-five minutes for our server to come and get our order. The wait time was a total of more than two hours from the time we sat at the table to the time food was served. There was also a mistake in the number of food that the resto billed our room, which we didn't catch until after we cleared our bills at the front desk (our fault for not checking).

We actually loved this place. Front desk workers, maids & bar tender were above and beyond. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the inside pool was relaxing as were the hot tubs. The breakfast was top notch and I would come back again.

Everything was nice about this hotel. The rooms were clean. The staff was great free breakfast and it’s a huge breakfast. Lots of families were there. They’ve got a huge pool and hot tubs and sauna and everything is just extremely nicely done and well maintained. I’m really glad I stayed at this location. It’s also very convenient.

The property was beautiful, well maintained, super clean, ideally located for walking to major attractions (the falls, bird park and aquarium). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They welcome guests with champagne, which is a welcoming gesture. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.

Great and beautiful hotel. The location is truly walking distance to the falls and bird sanctuary . Plan for 3 days minimum here. The only suggestion: I wish the hot tub and pool are heated . The water is cold . We end up can’t use it.

O hotel não tem preocupação com os hóspedes e faz uma série de obras na parte da piscina inclusive pintura enquanto almoçamos e tb procura de água com máquinas em poço artesiano.

Localização privilegiada…muitas atividades…excelentes instalações…ótimo parque para caminhada, mas o ponto alto do hotel é a equipe que é impecável, muito atenciosos e prestativos

The location is ideal for visiting Foz do Iguacu and the Parque das Aves bird sanctuary - both just a short walk from hotel. It's also like a little oasis - a beautiful quiet place to relax and enjoy.

Gorgeous hotel, so beautiful and comfortable. Rooms were really nice, public areas are like an art gallery, very beautiful. Food in the main restaurant was excellent. Best hotel I have stayed in Brazil.

Outstanding stay. Property was close to the Falls. (Walking distance) The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. We had a 3 single bed room which is a nice amenity.
