Amazing property and staff! Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Close walk to National Park entrance made it even better. Great breakfast buffet although dinner options/menu could use an upgrade. Highly Recommend!

It was walkable to the Brazilian side of the falls and the bird park. It was quiet. The breakfast was really good. We had room service and although there was not much choice it was very nice.

O hotel é muito confortável, numa área de mata preservada onde tem uma trilha que leva até um mirante na margem do Rio Iguaçu. O atendimento é muito bom, funcionários cordiais e solícitos.

Excelente acomodação, um pouco antiga e precisando de cuidados. Comida gostosa, música ao vivo todos os dias (piano bar) e saxofone e flauta no restaurante no jantar das três fronteiras. SPA bem adequado com profissionais competentes. Recepção extremamente atenciosa e gentil.

Hôtel offrant de belles prestations à proximité de l’entrée du parc national. Séjour très agréable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

The public spaces in this hotel are very nice, big spaces, intriguing art work. The room itself was disappointing. I booked a room with a double bed and a single bed and got a very small room with two single beds. The hotel did not mention the ongoing construction in advance- and it was quite noisy. The breakfast buffet was ok but the coffee was terrible. The concierge was helpful. The hotel is far from the city center but near the bird park and falls.

Café da manhã delicioso, atendimento impecável — um destaque especial para a Dayse e a Virgínia, além de toda a equipe, da recepção ao bar da piscina. É um lugar perfeito para relaxar em qualquer estação: fomos no inverno desta vez, mas queremos voltar no verão para aproveitar ainda mais. Saímos renovados! Viajamos em casal, junto com nossa filha e o namorado. Para quem tem filhos pequenos que dependem de recreação com monitores, talvez não seja o ideal, mas para adolescentes é encantador. Voltaremos com certeza! Obrigada pela excelente experiência.

Wonderfully kind staff. Feels like other 5 star hotels in Brazil. Rooms are small but that seems pretty standard. Breakfast was lovely. Grounds are beautiful. Unique building.

Ótima estadia. Hotel com excelente atendimento e boa estrutura. O quarto que escolhemos apesar de não ser o mais luxuoso era completo mas achamos um pouco apertado.

A hospedagem foi excepcional. Um lugar acolhedor, com quartos, serviços e estrutura que são sensacionais.

Wonderful amenities. Next door (literally) to the two main attractions in Fox, namely Bird park and the Brazilian side of the waterfalls park. Five minutes from airport. Downtown fox is far though around 10 miles but one can’t have it all. Gym (used) pool and hot water spa (not used) seemed nice. Also had sauna and spa. Lobby is luxurious and pianist in the bar plays like a dream.

Fantastic location for visiting the falls. The staff were are friendly and efficient. Gabriel, the concierge, was amazing and helped us organize a driver to visit the Argentine side on day 1. Day 2 we walked a short distance to the entrance on the Brazilian side. The hotel is very clean and very close to the airport. The only downside was dinner at the restaurant was just OK. It was buffet style and the food was a little lackluster. I would definitely recommend the hotel but if you have time, go into town for dinner.

Great location to visit the falls. Quiet and relaxing. They allowed us to check-in early. The breakfast was pretty good.
