Nice hotel very close to the park entrance. Clean room, nice pool are and back lawn. Live entertainment in the lounge and dining room! Big breakfast spread. Saved about $700 per night vs the Belmond.

Muito bom o hotel. Desde a recepção até a piscina o atendimento impecável. Um detalhe "bobo", mas talvez seja pelo fato de eu gostar de obra, os alizares das portas merecem atenção especial. Sugiro um carrinho elétrico com um funcionário para nos acompanhar quem quiser fazer a trilha. Fora essas ponderações, VALE MUITO A PENA FICAR NESTE HOTEL. SENSACIONAL.

Staff get a problems especially count staff with glasses, this guy call a taxi for the us to go IGU airports but we must to go IGR airport(Argentina airport )in hurry .

My whole family was shocked by how bad the food was. Breakfast was by far the best meal and it was only ok. Dinner was terrible. Pasta sauce was straight from a jar. Croutons on the salad were just soft bread, not even toasted. They did not offer any kind of local Brazilian bbq. Pina colada was unblended, so basically pina colada mix over ice. French fries were frozen vs fresh. Burger was ok. We’ve been to nice resorts in Europe, Costa Rica, and Africa and all had much better food. Also we booked what though was 2 rooms and while yes each room had its own door we shared a bathroom. Not the biggest issue but make sure you understand what you are getting. Last, there were only 2 hooks for 4 people to hang towels. Why not put 2 on the back of every door???

Excellent location: walking distance from the Iguaçu National Park gate as well as at the edge of the actual rainforest makes for a huge advantage. Flora and fauna is bountiful and one feel really connected to the nature hearings chirping birds througout the day. Hotel building feels welcoming and comfortable with wooden parquet floors and sunlit corridors. Lobby is stylish and spacious, green, well maintained surrounding is a huge bonus. Rooms aren't big but they are fresh, cozy and clean. Food is rather average, sometimes bit disappointing, however, this isn't unexpected: Iguaçu isn't major hub and still catching up with international standards. Hotel staff is kind and welcoming, however, it was somewhat difficult to communicate. More often than not I felt misunderstood and it seemed that what could be simple requests elsewhere, required an extra explanation or speaking to numerous staff to be arranged for. This was rather minor inconvenience and overall, if I was to visit Iguaçu again I would likely book Sanma.

A estrutura do hotel é bacana, porém deixou a desejar na limpeza, tanto dos quartos quanto das áreas comuns.. serviço da piscina um pouco deficitário e as camas ruins, tanto nosso quarto, quanto dos nossos amigos..

Muy bien ubicado, a distancia caminando del Parque Das Aves y cataratas del lado brasileño. El hotel es bonito, limpio, con buena comida, un buen bar, una área de piscina excelente. El único punto a mejorar es que las habitaciones son algo pequeñas. Fuera de eso gran hotel con gran servicio.
