2nd Caybeach stay in their network of hotels and both we excellent

Staff were friendly , some more than others . Pool closed a bit early for us & bar closed at 10.30pm . But the bars in town stayed open so that was ok . Would I go back here , yes it was well worth the money & it was clean , beds were comfy & clean towels every day .

Great. Only let down was lack of privacy on apartments sun terrace

Lovely private bungalow style accommodation with ground level access, each unit has a private patio area with 2 sun beds and outdoor table & chairs. Air conditioned bedroom, ample wardrobes. Small kitchen (microwave, fridge & hob a little tired but servicable). Staff are welcoming and helpful and if you report a problem (our shower head was broken) maintenance are on site to immediately make repairs. Lots of hot water (due to each property having its own solar panels). Pool large with 2 jacuzzi beds and fountain feature. The deck area is spacious but at busy times there is always a lack Sun beds & umbrellas. - the deck area could easily accommodate a few more being added. Easy access to main resort area and plenty of on road parking for hire cars. Good central location to explore from. Close to the airport - so quite a bit of flight noise when the planes are landing.

Lovely basic but clean room. Friendly staff, easy walk to the beach and the shops. For the price would highly recommend. Nice and quiet.

Teníamos una misma reserva de 4 habitaciones. La recepcionista nos dijo que teníamos que dejar una fianza de 150€ por habitación (en total 600€). Intentamos explicarle que nos parecía mucho ya que ese dinero lo íbamos a emplear en el viaje (éramos 12 personas), además, que en ningún momento en la reserva nos ponía esas condiciones. Ella no atendía a razones , nos empezó a decir que no le gritáramos (cuando en ningún momento se le gritó), que a ella no le dijéramos nada (pues entonces no sé a quién se lo íbamos a decir), que por culpa de nosotros iba a acabar en el hospital con una crisis de ansiedad y lo más fuerte, nos amenazó con no dentro la entrada (cuando llevábamos 3 menores y estuvimos mucho más de una hora esperando por si cheking). Le pedimos 5 veces el mando del aire acondicionado y nos lo daba equivocado y así varias cosas. Gracias a la recepcionista que nos tocó a la salida que fue súper amable y simpática, la verdad que compensó el comportamiento de su compañera) Te cobran por todo (tele, aire acondicionado)… y el sistema de abrir la puerta es… vamos, que a la primera no la abríamos nunca.

Very central lovely clean bungalow, wheelchair friendly, staff helpful especially reception who helped us get a wheelchair taxi to the airport .we have been here many times and will be booking again.

Room in overall clean but not perfect , couch bed not comfortable never used . Staff was nice but long queue for checkin in. Breakfast intercontinental , pool bar was good !

Rooms were lovely and central location

Unfortunately it was too colx znd windy ho use the pool.

Absolute pleasure staying at Cay Beach again, this is the 1st time with Hotels.com. clean, tidy, convenient and friendly

Staff and Rooms was nice, I had a nitemare as the room keys are aweful and everyday reception had to let me into my room & never sorted the problem.

Pleasant stay. Great value for money. Clean, basic, helpful staff. Would definitely return.

Bungalow and patio very spacious and close to pool. Kitchen area well equipped.

Rooms were tired decor wise, but they were large and had everything we needed. Even had sunlounges outside your villa Pool area was lovely, access to bar and reception staff very helpful
