Breakfast and Fitness facility was not included in the price, not even coffee. Hot Tub was not heated. Staff was very friendly!

Stylish hotel, such a Beautiful hotel, everything was 5 star. Old fashioned charm. The pool area was great with the big pool, looked really nice with the gold pattern and jacuzzi. You shouldn’t miss the connection to the sister hotel and a swim in the indoor pool over there.

Receptionists were superb. So friendly & very helpful. Couple of the bar staff were also very nice. Beautiful gardens & pool area.

Das Hotelzimmer war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Zum Abendessen sind wir ins Hotel Restaurant gegangen. Das war leider eine sehr große Enttäuschung- Preis / Leistung stimmen gar nicht. Tiefgefrorener Fisch für 30€, Pasta mit Tomatensauce aus der Tüte für die Kinder für 13€. Leider sehr enttäuschend

Das Hotel ist wunderschön mit einem tollen Pool und gemütlichen Liegestühlen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ein toller Ort!

Sehr netten Empfang wir bekamen ohne zu fragen ein Upgrade sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon.

Tres bel hôtel, un peu vieillot (chambre et salle de restaurant), mais un parc et piscine exeptionnel, personnel tres bien, seul problème avec le chien pas d'accès a la salle de restaurant seulement en terrasse, sinon je recommande fortement.

Lovely reception staff, central location and excellent facilities

Me and my wife had a fantastic stay at Hotel Simplon by Lago Maggiore. Very nice staff and manager at the desk; smiling and attentive. We got a great room with sea view. Impeccable cleaning! Clea pool, no hassle with getting a space. Very green and lush garden. Tranquility. Nice poolbar and serveral areas for sitting 7 reading / having a dring (upper terrace; lower teracce; pool bar area; garden etc). Fantastic hotel bar and bartender! Everything you need at breakfast. Just to know on beforehand: there is no direct lake contact from Hotel Simplon then you have to use the sister hotel Grand Hotel Dino (can be reached with the private 200 m underground tunnel between the hotels). Note that the Hotel gym is very big and well equipped but cost Euro 12 every time you visit (no problem if you know it for your travel budget). Parking was very convenient inside the hotel area but remember it will cost Euro 20 for every night you have it parked there. We loved our stay.

Vi skulle betale 28 eur for parkering i mindre end 24 timer. Der var svamp på værelset.
