1. 직원은 훌륭합니다. 언어가 잘 통하지 않아도 끝까지 들어주며 상담해 주었습니다. 2. 아침식사는 훌륭합니다. 조식을 예약하지 않았지만, 현장에서 1인당 25프랑을 지불하고 식사를 할수 있었습니다. 한국인 입장에서는 비싸게 느껴집니다. 그러나 스위스의 일반 물가에 비하면....가격대비 훌륭하다 생각합니다. 3. 아쉬운 것은..., 건물의 구조가 특이해서 일반호텤 같지않아 낯설었습니다.

I stay at the SwissEver semi-frequently when I travel for work as our HQ is in Steinhausen. I really want to call out Angela on reception who provides exceptional service to her guests. Every time I arrive to the warmest of welcomes, greeted like a returning friend - & nothing is too much trouble. Even when hundreds of guest arrive enmasse Angela keeps professional, calm & polite - such a credit to the hotel. The rooms could do with modernisation, the cleaning of late has dropped a little - the last twice I’ve had public hair in the shower, not hygiene bags & marks on either towels or bath mat, this does need attention as previously it was pristine! Otherwise, nice hotel, convenient location & the rooms are a great size.

10/10 Big rooms, nice location. Breakfast could have been better tho :) Great people and front desk manager was super helpful and friendly.

The room was very large and functional, and comfortable.

I’m travelling very often for my work and this is the first time I have had such a poor expérience; people are shouting to each other in the corridors at midnight, then again at 6AM laughing hard and making a lois alarm go off. Alarm went off several times during 20min and reception told me not to panic. I was looking for a place to rest, did not know that at SwissEver resting was from midnight to 6…what customers do you have? This is very low level, as a first price hôtel attitude. Despicable experiorence.

Good location for our overnight. Sadly right by a major road with no aircon so noisy or warm , your choice. Otherwise good.

Nice and fair price. Hotel borders on Interststate and it is so noisy that window must stay closed. So ask for a room away from the Interstste. NO A/C. Too hot inside room on warm summer days.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, alles neu und sehr sauber. Höfliches Personal. Gute Lage nahe der Autobahn.

No airconditioning and wifi reception in the room is very poor..shower room design is poor, causes flooding in the room Restaurant closed too early, 2100 hours . Staff is friendly
