Hotel muito bom. Atendimento ótimo. Sempre atenciosos.

Great location and terrific staff!

O hotel é bom, limpo e confortável. Porém o atendimento é péssimo. Bateram o pé no checkin que eu não havia pago, tive que pagar novamente e somente depois enviando recibo do pagamento e prints da fatura do cartão por e-mail é que verificaram que sim, eu havia pago. Estornaram, mas foi um stress. Tudo tratado com extrema grosseria pela recepcionista.

The hotel was very beautiful and an amazing location. Check in was very easy and everyone was friendly and helpful..would definitely stay again

Located just a few minutes walk from the train station. Easy walk to the Forum shopping mall, restaurants n the ruver front. Front staff speaks English n was very plesant n helpful.

Uneventful and nice.

Other than a stained glass window and a pretty staircase, it’s a pretty soulless, bland hotel. No bells, no whistles, not even a bottle of water in your room. Clean, central, but bog standard

This is a very nice, clean hotel and is fairly close to the bus station, which was important to us so we could drop our luggage off before heading to the old town. Great breakfast, I highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Was able to find parking in front of the hotel for 2 days and walked to the center and other attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and lovely breakfast. Slightly annoying we were not offered to ‘pay at property’ as per Expedia terms! Hotel took payment from credit card without permission!
