Excellent hotel! We loved it! Definitely we will stay there again.the Breakfast was very impressive! Location was great and staff were very friendly. Specially Dominic and Marcel who helped us a lot.

Great location! Perfect place to stay if you are in Concon, Chile. Prices were reasonable and the view to the ocean was great. We were able to see the Sea Lions or lobos Marinos from our window. The staff was very friendly and so many restaurants by the beach at walking distance. We loved it! 😘🇨🇱

Good value and very nice location. The hotel was older, which could be seen in the rooms/bathroom but it was overall a nice stay.

Lo más destacado es el personal. El lugar es hermoso por sí solo, pero lamentablemente la limpieza exterior deja muchísimo que desear, especialmente en piscina. Tuve que avisar para que la limpiaran y demoraron todo el día en hacerlo. Lo demás serían detalles.

Equipe muito atenciosa, educada, quarto limpo, roupas de cama e banho perfeitas! Tamanho do apartamento excelente para família, super espaçoso. Quarto com vista é MARAVILHOSO! Se estiver de carro facilita para comprar mantimentos para lanches, cafés e tomar um vinio na varanda!

It isn't the first time that latin Americans have assumed that I am a moron because I am a gringo. The boys at the reception were so unintentionally condescending that I thought they were going to come out and pat me on the head. It was raining. I had a pregnant wife and two-year old outside. I wanted to get my room and bring them inside as quickly as possible, but I am getting delayed with speeches about little men on a rod in the game room that can play soccer with a little wooden ball AND that US dollars are not accepted in the stores in Chile. "We have our own currency here, it is called a peso." I'm not making this up. Finally a manager came out and got us set up in our room.

Room was exactly what we needed

Noisy hotel, as you can hear guests in the rooms on top of you, on the sides and in the hallways. Terrible quality of sleep. The hotel is well located and staff is friendly

Hotel bem localizado, funcionários muito educados! Apesar de mais velho os móveis, o apartamento é muito bem limpo. Devem trocar o colchão e colocar isolador de barulho nas janelas dos quartos no primeiro andar.
