Vi boede fem nætter på dette hotel, og det var en god oplevelse. Dejligt værelse med kitchenette, sofa og spisebord (home2suites), god seng, og A/C som ikke larmede for meget. Det var en dejlig og stor lobby med pool og fodboldspil, og mange hyggekroge. Morgenmaden var også ok, men for meget fedt og sukker og nul grønt af nogen art. Fine udeomgivelser med borde og stole og grill plads, selvom udsigten var p-pladser og motorvej. Servicen var helt i top. Søde mennesker hvor man kunne se at de havde et godt sammenhold og kunne lide at være på arbejde.

We found dog kibble inside the fold out bed and under the dining table. Sheets were dirty and pillows smelled. Trash wasn’t taken out of the bathroom before we checked in

The staff were wonderful, breakfast was excellent, Very clean

The hotel was clean but the bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Every time one of us moved it woke the other up . I called the front desk and they sent maintenance and told me there was nothing wrong with the bed. There were several blinking lights in the hallway and some sort of white stuff coming out of the wall by the floor . Some of the staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Reception and front office staff very helpful, great customer service and very kind. Plenty of fun activities available for the entire family.

Close to the airport. Pull out sofa mattress cover was dirty but staff came quickly to provide all new bedding.

Staff very courteous The room was very clean and taken care of and the hotel itself had a lot of conveniences (pool,workout room,etc). Next time we go to Buffalo, we will be Staying there

I haven’t received good customer service like this in Buffalo in a long time. I can say I would definitely do business with you again.

Room was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we wished for. Will always choose Home 2 Suites.

Hotel was in a good location for our needs and we were able to walk along Transit Road to find something to eat. Hotel was clean and were staff friendly and helpful.

The floorboard creaked with every step and the walls are too thin. Overall it was noisy for us. Everything else was good. Room was clean and staff was attentive. They provided a crib for out baby to sleep.

The hotel is undergoing renovations to the entrance. While I had to walk around the corner of the building to enter, it was clean and the staff was very helpful at check in.
