Einzig er Kritikpunkt: zu einem Sporthotel gehört m.E. ein kleines Fitnessstudio. Sonst aber alles tiptop. Danke für den tollen Service

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Wir haben kürzlich zwei Zimmer in Ihrem Hotel reserviert. Leider konnten nicht alle Personen den Aufenthalt wie geplant wahrnehmen. In einem der Doppelzimmer war lediglich eine Person während drei von vier Nächten anwesend. Dass das Zimmer vollständig in Rechnung gestellt wurde, war für uns selbstverständlich. Allerdings wären wir für einen kulanten Abzug für das nicht eingenommene Frühstück sehr dankbar gewesen – schliesslich wurde diese Leistung nicht beansprucht. Zudem konnten wir am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts leider keine Skitickets mehr bei Ihnen beziehen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass diese zwingend am ersten Tag gelöst werden müssen. Umso erstaunter waren wir, als unsere Schwester, die ein paar Tage nach uns bei Ihnen war, ihre Tickets problemlos vor Ort kaufen konnte. Wir schätzen Ihr Haus sehr und möchten Ihnen dieses Feedback als Anregung mitgeben. Für eine kurze Rückmeldung danken wir Ihnen im Voraus.

My wife and I stayed for one night in December 2024 at the Sport & Wellness Hotel San Gian in St. Moritz, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. We particularly enjoyed the wellness facilities. The location was perfect for exploring St. Moritz. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Le spa est de l’autre côté de la rue! Facile pour marcher au village ou autour du lac!

Very nice hotel, amazing food in the restaurant. Spa is across the street and it’s a community pool and gym, very crowded and unpleasantly hot inside.

After travelling through Europe, Italy and Switzerland, with different accommodation types delivering varying experiences, the San Gian Hotel was a beautiful surprise. Lovely appointed rooms with all the expected amenities and more. Breakfast, it is a full breakfast with cold and specially prepared hot dishes eg omelets, pancakes, etc. We had dinner at Viva Restaurant and it was one of the best meals in Switzerland. Will be back.

Gentili e disponibili. Fermata dei bus cittadini a pochi passi e, con i taxi, si arriva in stazione in pochi minuti. Consigliatissima! Ci rivedremo presto.

The hotel is very nice - very close to Ovaverva spa and the Signalbahn cable car, and you get free use of both (as well as other cable cars and public transit in the region) with your stay. The hotel is otherwise a bit outside of the main area of St Moritz, but there are 2 bus stops very close to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Overall, highly recommend.

Wunderbare Tage in St. Moritz in einem wunderbaren Hotel!

Great modern, clean hotel. About a walkable flat mile from the train station (taxi available but over $20). Nice breakfast. Pool complex next door is nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
