Such a wonderful hotel, tucked away on a quiet side street right in the heart of historic Florence. The staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was great (Nutella cups!). The beds were a dream and the bathroom was newly renovated with amazing shower. Would stay here every visit.

Rating one star due to our room having bed bugs. When we brought this to the hotels attention, we were told there was not a manager on duty and we can deal with it in the morning. We checked out immediately. We seen the bed bugs as we were getting ready to get into bed, the AC went out so the room was extremely hot and that is when we seen the first one come out. It’s a bummer because it seemed like a quaint hotel. When we checked in the front desk during the day time was very nice. It’s a central location but the ally itself has construction going on and was more ran down than most other ally hotels. When you walk in the hotel lobby was nice and quaint.

Strong perfume or deodorant or cleaning agent smell in our room. We stayed over the other building next door. We had to open the window at night due to the smell and it was noisy out side at night. It is fine if the windows were closed. Decent breakfast and friendly stuff. The room was clean.

What I really liked about this area was how convenient it was—just a short walk from the train station, with everything we needed close by. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us a detailed map with suggestions on things to do and how far everything was. When I walked into my room, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The only downside was that one of my towels wasn't clean, but honestly, that was a minor issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

Tolles Hotel. Extrem freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber, tolles Frühstück und hervorragend gelegen zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and were very impressed. Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was both delicious and high quality. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. We were both immediately impressed with the gentleman at the front desk. He greeted us warmly, offered us a coffee, and brought out a map and explained Florence to us. The room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and great breakfast

Das Hotel war hervorragend, sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot. Das Badezimmer und die Zimmer im Neubau blitzsauber, sehr schön und geräumig, großer Smart-TV. Der Kleiderschrank war etwas klein. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich haben bei Bitten und Fragen sofort geholfen. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, nur wenige Minuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Restaurants entfernt. Wir würden das Hotel beim nächsten Besuch wieder auswählen.

The place is fantastic. Unfortunately, we stayed in a suite across the street where there was construction to a house next door starting at 7:00am. It was not the hotels' fault, but it did detract from the stay. I would stay here again bc the location is great, as it the hotel, but next time I would inquire about any construction nearby.
