Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Grand room, very well cleaned although maintainance could be improved - for example tile replacement handiwork leaves a lot to be desired. Very large and comfortable bed. Small in room fridge was great. Good quality pod coffee machine in the room, but I've never been charged for in room coffee in a 4 star hotel before. Breakfast was good but no option to book with room, so had to pay €12 pp per day, about 80% of buffet/menu items were available. Staff friendly and polite. Lovely building, fantastic location. Stayed in Feb 2026, as with most things in the city during off peak season, availability and opening hours varied without notice. For example the pool cocktail bar wasn't open at all the nights we were there (Sat-Tues), but other venues elsewhere were. If you are a light sleeper be aware that the catedral bells sound each quarter and on the hour every hour 08:00-00:00.

Jättetrevligt hotell med bra läge

Det tok jævlig lang tid. Tror kanskje de levde i steinalderen der.

Everything perfect, including a surprise room upgrade. A bit noisy from revellers outside but the hotel itself is fabulous.

La situación perfecta, pleno centro histórico, además, en la fecha en la que nos hemos hospedado se hizo el encendido de luces navideñas de la Poza de la Catedral que fue todo un espectáculo. Nos dieron la habitación 50, con una terraza enorme con vistas a la Plaza, habitación muy grande con una espaciosa bañera. El recibimiento del personal muy correcto, la verdad es que repetiremos si volvemos a la ciudad.

Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Joidenkin henkilökuntaan kuuluvien kielitaito (englanti) voisi olla parempi.

Rummet var bra

Mycket fint hotel ,stort härligt rum på andra våningen med utsikt över Katedralen och torget framför. Lite störigt med kyrkklockorna men dem ringde bara mellan 8-22, inte på natten. Mycket vänlig personal men lite dåliga på engelska.

Lækkert, rent og pænt. En virkelig fed bar på tagterrassen med skøn udsigt. Hotellet ligger lige i centrum

Hotel bien ubicado

Service en behulpzaam personeel. Ik vond de locatie ideaal gelegen zo midden in het oude centrum. Veel is aan te lopen, zelfs naar het strand.

Very nice hotel and lovely staff. Only 2 issues...sheets didnt fit the bed and very slow restaurant service. We left to find a restaurant outside the hotel twice.
