這間溫泉飯店離金鱗湖之需要走路5分鐘，温泉街就在旁邊，有很多特色的小店可以逛。溫泉非常好，餐點也很棒！

I liked that the location is away from the busy are, yet close enough. Good English support. We went up the hill and explored, which I would recomment if you want to get away from the crowd. Just a few good quality shops and art galleries, and restaurants up the hill.

숙소에 있는 개인탕은 조금 작긴 하나 뜨겁게 온천욕 잘 했고 다른 온천은 크고 노천욕 재미가 있네요. 단지 온천탕 예약이 안돼서 확인해야하나 다시 방문하고 싶습니다

The checked-in experience was easy. Breakfast and dinner were a phenomenon. Everyone was kind and accommodating. We also got free milk in the morning that we could take, free boiled eggs, sweet potatoes, and popcorn by the fire at night. We loved our experience. Highly recommended.

It was generally good that you can enjoy a traditional Japanese style of stay. But it was bit cold at night time that requires extra heater to use.

Great hospitality

단아한 외형, 매우 친절한 스태프와 맛있는 조식, 석식 그리고 개인 온천까지 완벽했습니다. 다만, 오래된 건물이라 난방이 약해서 다소 쌀쌀했습니다.

I loved the onsen options in Hoteiya. All the shared onsens are private and has different layouts for you to experience. The onsens in the room are also the perfect size and temperature. Huge kudos to the staff for being super attentive and providing detailed explanation of the property and for providing the right size clothing. Absolutely would return if I ever came back to Kyushu.

아주 만족스러운 숙박입니다. 식사 와 온천 모두 만족 했으며 직원들의 친절도는 매우 높습니다.

観光地の金鱗湖まですぐなので朝霧をみに早朝散歩がてら絶景がみれました。家族露天風呂が二つ、内風呂が一つ、さらにお部屋にも露天風呂と内風呂がついていて満足いくまで楽しめました。 朝食、夕食ともに個室でゆっくり美味しく堪能できました！ スタッフの方も丁寧に対応いただきました。お世話になりました。 後、すぐそばにローソンがあって便利でした。

We enjoyed our stay at Hoteiya. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive. There was a shuttle to and from the Yufuin JR station that was an easy phone call to arrange. The facilities were sparkling clean. We liked the different bathing areas. We didn't have dinner but we loved the breakfasts, which were different every day. The town of Yufuin is breathtaking. It has interesting tourist destinations and good food. Aside from spending time in the onsen, our favorite part of this trip was visiting neighboring Beppu, which was easy to access via the bus stop in front of the resort. Altogether, we had an amazing time and hope to return someday.

We can enjoy the traditional ryokan and onsen itself. Our family stayed one night separated in two rooms and enjoyed kaiseki and breakfast. Dinner was one of my best dinner ever. The only concern is flies and bugs. But the customers have to endure if they want to enjoy rural style environment.
