We had a great experience. Attentive staff and clean room. The outside area of ​​the hotel is much older than the photos show.

Good place to stay

Toda a semana correu lindamente, funcionários super agradáveis e simpáticos, oferta de welcome drink (o que não é normal), limpeza e arrumação excelentes, muita acessibilidade, ambiente arrumado e cheiroso, bem cuidado, só tenho pena de não ter ido no verão para desfrutar da piscina e esplanada. Muito bom. Excelente relação qualidade-preço.

Um hotel muito confortável com funcionarios amistosos. Qualidade preço está excelente. Sítio de Eleição que escolhemos para nos hospedar quando visitamos família em Évora.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and fairly modern. Staff was wonderful. No breakfast included. Definitely would stay here again.

The accommodation was good, staff were very kind and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a lot of money for what it was. Eggs and sausages were cold. Juice was not great. Coffee machine produced Luke warm beverages.

Lit et oreillers inconfortables, mais sinon, la chambre etait bien. Douche de grande dimension et bon déjeuner.

Lovely ground floor terrace to relax and pool was a treat to cool off.

It always helps when the weather is beautiful, 34 degrees. The hotel is easy to find and has ample parking. You are greeted with the most friendly of welcomes. Arthur is wonderful, so helpful. Rooms are clean and functional, the aircon excellent and wifi is good. The pool area is wonderful, make sure you find time to relax there. Breakfast is great, lots of options in this buffet. We ate dinner twice, food was very reasonable and i recommend the beef for meat lovers and the vegetarian stroganoff was amazing. All the staff are wonderful. Evora is just a 5 minute drive with plenty of free parking outside the walls. Also next to the hotel is a fabulous Pingo Doce supermarket. All in all a fabulous little hotel.

I usually don't go for less than 4 stars but prices in the area were ridiculously high so I chose this 3 stars. Better than other 4 stars I've been to in Portugal. I was upgraded and the agent at the reception was fantastic and very helpful. Huge swimming pool, no elevator but only one floor up and even if rooms need a little love and update, overall I would recommend.

The area around the hotel could use some improvement.

Infelizmente a estadia não correspondeu a um mínimo de conforto. Primeiro factor que achámos estranho foi termos que pagar adiantado no check-in, e como o ditado diz, quem paga adiantado é mal servido. E infelizmente aplicou-se. O quarto estava dentro do esperado, mas o essencial não.... Falo do Colchão que não estava em condições devido à camada de espuma em cima estar "cedida", e se sentir os buracos deixados pelas molas uma vez deitado sobre ele. Além disso notámos que cada um dos colchẽos estavam deformados de tal forma que estavam arqueado para baixo devido a certamente a já ter sido muito utilizado. Nunca tal me aconteceu num hotel, dormir tão mal e desconfortável que acordei com dores. Infelizmente só quisemos mal acordamos arrumar o mais cedo possível e abandonar o hotel. Salvou-se da estadia a simpatia dos funcionários da recepção e as condições de higiene, e a boa localização do hotel mas, por causa do acima mencionado... perderam um cliente pois não voltarei a este hotel.
