Nice and convenient. It could improve a lot with a nice renovation and the WiFi needs to improve.

Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. They always went out of their way and were very nice. The location is perfect- right in the middle of everything but not loud at all. Really a perfect place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet.

What is unique about this Hotel is the staff, all of them are simply amazing. You feel so comfortable since you step in the place. The food is so delicious, the rooms are very neat and clean. This Hotel has the best people working for it. Its location is near of nice places to go for a walk, to shop, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location. Malls, restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely courteous and profesional. I would not stay there again because the hotel has very few amenities. No gym or pool. If I visit Pereira again I will stay at Movich which is across the street. A little more expensive but I think it would be worth it.

When we arrived late at night Pablo welcomed us in and assisted us to our room. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is elegant and clean. The breakfast and service was fabulous. Will definitely be staying there on my next trip.
