From checking in, the lady was lovely and very helpful. Our room was very spacious and covered all our needs even though we were only for one night.

Convenient, comfortable and very clean. A little dated perhaps, but welcoming and homely. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and tidy accommodation

This spot was adequate for our family 1 night stay. We felt the bathroom needed a little updating, but for what we needed it did okay.

Direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, könnte es in der Saison etwas laut sein. Jetzt, Ende März, war wenig Verkehr und es war recht ruhig.

Only stayed overnight here. Older style motel on main road into Hokitika. Clean & comfortable.

Just what we needed for a stopover, wish we had had time to stay another night but we didn’t sadly. Comfortable, well equipped and good location.

Ok, but room right by railway line and train woke us at 6am. Room not serviced although room compendium suggested it would be. Spacious but needed extra cushions on the sofas to be comfortable.

We booked this motel as it said it had air conditioning. It did not! Fortunately it was a cooler night so we managed. Noise from road. Location a short walk to town.

Decor last updated in the 1950s

They only stayed one night here, but we had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable.

Bed needs replacing as you can see the dip in the mattress. Shower over the bathtub is very inconvenient, especially for those with knee, hip issues, and for short people especially as the handle hold is temporary and moves when you use it. Injuries may result

Lovely stay , everything as expected. All i would say is the wifi was a bit slow. Mayby needs a update.
