Excelente aplicación ayuda con mas reservas y sus beneficios

Es un buen hotel, sí le hace falta algún tipo de actualización de su mobiliario que ya tiene varios años. La piscina es de agua temperada lo cual se agradece. El desayuno sin duda podría ser mejor, tiene lo básico.

Was good bit took us like 10 min for the receptionist to press the button to open the gate. Even if you are bussy you can extens your arm and press a thing…

As the other Diego de Almagro is fine although the location sometie s is a bit too busy for my taste

Everything was great, although I would be best if the breackfast is a bit earlier like at 6AM

As always it is the staff that are exceptional and make this hotel a pleasure to stay at in Talca. Of course, that is not to mention its great location under the trees of the Alameda and being close to the shopping stores.

I asked for a gin and tonic and despite there was evident the availability of the gin bottle at the bar display and barman confirm availability of tonic water he said he cannot serve that drink because IT WAS NOT IN THE COMPUTER Scrambled eggs at breakfast were COLD, burner under the tray was OFF

We enjoyed our stay. location and travel through the city was chaotic but tolerable.

We have stayed there for 8 days. Nice and friendly staff but, besides that, almost everything went wrong. We asked for the pool, but it is closed indefinitely. The room on the 4th floor seemed OK at the first sight, even if it looked outdated. It’s cold in Talca in the night, and when the AC started it was almost unbearable. It was louder than a construction site, and we couldn’t sleep for the first couple of nights. On the 4th day the bathroom floor started to flood, and the personnel told us that we must move to another room. They said the hotel was almost fully booked, and the only option we got was a 2nd floor room. The 2nd floor is a kind of convention center, and it is nosy sometimes. There are only 2 guest rooms on that floor, quite hard to find. Our new room had old, some missing furniture, and an old, small and outdated TV set. At least the AC was OK. Wifi works well sometimes, but inconsistently. Quite annoying if you have online meetings as we had. The breakfast buffet was very basic, and you certainly get tired of the same food for 8 days. We also had lunch and dinner there a couple of times, but the menu was extremely limited.

The renovated bedrooms with one larger bed and quiet air conditioning, are very comfortable. As usual the staff are extremely efficient and always helpful. It is always a pleasure when visiting Talca to stay in this hotel.

Nesten ikke WIFI dekning fra rommet. Safen virket ikke (betjeningen kom men klarte ikke å fikse den). Rom og enkel frokost, helt greit.

Large comfortable, spacious room on a quiet side of hotel, very good buffet breakfast with many options included, helpful and efficient staff. Great location as well. The photos do not do it justice: much better, more inviting than how it is pictured!
