Si no sales a las 12 pm en punto t cobran 200 pesos por cada hora q t tardes asi sean 5 min de retraso son 200 pesos no hay ni un minuto d tolerancia

The location is great, service and room was juste what we need for the three of us, the swimming pools were clean and accesible. The WiFi worked everywhere and we appreciate that… definitely a place where we would come back

Love everything about this hotel, is a walkable distance from many restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Muy amable el personal . El cuarto muy limpio, si acaso deberían poner un top mattress porque está un poco duro para mi gusto. Está en xicatela que es una zona muy bonita y segura. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

El hotel y los servicios son excelentes!! Está muy lindo y limpio, todos los trabajadores son muy amables así como todos sus servicios (recepción, limpieza y restaurante). Ha sido una experiencia muy grata y sin duda regresaré pronto

I enjoyed staying at Blater. The only bad thing was the restaurant. The waitress didn’t want to serve me because she was busy. It was around 1:50 and they close at 4. I was disappointed unfortunately that’s the only bad comment I have. The rest I give a 5 stars. Location is great and the view amazing.

Nice pool and friendly staff. Maybe it was the season we were there (June) but the restaurant was closed and we had to order poolside drinks and towels via whatsapp. So we went out in the neighborhood for breakfast each day, which wasn't bad. Really, really, loved the view from the 4th floor pool. Rooms were clean and bright and the hotel is near lots of great restaurants. Can't complain.

Todo estuvo excelente de acuerdo al hotel... Sin embargo no hubo respuesta del restaurante. Bueno que jamás lo abrieron, en recepción nos dieron un número para pedir a la habitación y de ahí nada que contestaron.. Es mejor el servicio en otros restaurantes

Although we were there off their season seems like they couldn’t provide the service we had to call or text to reach out to bartender services. The shower water pressure was terrible. Doors were locked after midnight and nobody to be found to enter our room.

Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant had some of the best food we’ve ever had! We ate here daily! The green juice was so good!
