Excellent staff and service. We were on the 2nd floor on the street side. It was extremely noisy event at nights.

This was a VERY loud location! There is a 7 lane intersection next to to hotel. The road in front of the hotel is under construction for about 10 blocks. A live band played next to the hotel until 5am on a Tuesday. Even with ear plugs I was woken up multiple times each night. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel. Easy access to the old town, great restaurants near by, very close to the bus stop which took us to Machu Picchu and overall great stay. Helpful staff and good breakfast.

Everything was great, except the hot tub and solarium - the only reason we stayed- were closed

We were very happy with our stay. Great breakfast, nice rooms. A few issues with the shower, but otherwise fine. It is a bit noisy from traffic outside, but overall we were very happy with the hotel, the service, food, and the location.

Muy bien, es mas, hizo calor, cosa rara en Cuzco, buena habitación sin ruidos.

Staff was very helpful. Since we didnt speak spanish they helped order pizza and call taxis for us. They gave us to go breakfasts and water bottles at 4:30am when we had early morning excursions. They day dined in, i had diet restrictions and they specially made food just for me. They carry luggage to door. Hot tub (requires reservation) is availabile with gorgeous views.
