The room was of a good size clean and nice. The breakfast was ok however needs more hot food choices. The receptionist and the lady that cleaned our room when we had a slight problem were extremely helpful and polite. The housekeeping manager I found was rude and unhelpful

The hotel was amazing, clean and the room was great, but just one thing was not good and that is the breakfast, it was poor

Pros: Il personale è veramente molto gentile e disponibile e le camere sono grandi e arredate con gusto Cons: la porta del bagno non rimaneva chiusa a meno che non la chiudessi a chiave, uno dei due faretti all’ingresso della camera si accendeva e spegneva da solo La doccia aveva una piastrella del pavimento non inclinata correttamente che ha creato una pozzanghera che non era asciutta quando sono arrivata e nemmeno il giorno dopo La colazione è al piano -1 e non è assolutamente fornita per un hotel a 4 stelle

Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful could order eggs any style. The Italian restaurant had tasty food. The location to Old Town was about 10 minutes by Bolt. Without traffic the hotel was about 25 minutes from the International Airport OTP...with traffic allow 45-50 minutes.

Fint værelse, lidt kedelig morgenmad. Men lå i god afstand til stort restaurant område.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig Grund das Bett extrem gemütlich (tolle Matratzen). Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, man konnte sich Omeletts zubereiten lassen und die Auswahl war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage ist top. Man kann entweder entspannt in 15 Minuten in die Altstadt laufen oder einen der Busse nehmen. Haltestellen sind direkt vor der Tür! Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässug eingerichtet.

The hotel is really far from old town, breakfast was just ok, the reception lady had no much information to provide or wasn’t going any extra to assist.

Staff are very helpful However the closeness to the tram means it's noisy late night / early morning.. Also the rooms were far too hot. The temp controller set to 17 made it even worse..

Nice room in a great hotel. Location is excellent, 15 minutes by foot to the old town and with bus and tram links nearby. Breakfast was good, and the attached restaurant La Salumeria Cucina was outstanding, a welcome convenience after travelling. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is modern and staff friendly enough. Bed was comfy . Bathroom could have done with a scrub above flooring by walls but overall clean. Breakfast is free , not a huge choice but tasty .
