Great service, hotel is nice and very good to take!

Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely spot in Gstaad - very friendly service and great location

It was just OK, breakfast and spa below average for a nice hotel and quite expensive. The first room they gave me didn’t even have a working shower…and no view. Then they changed to a better room but it was just not too good for the price

The hotel is so cute and quaint. Great for families. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Short walk to town.

Buen restaurante, El Equipo para esquiar está incluido La góndola está a 30 pasos del hotel. Muy conveniente, buen servicio y buena comida.

Tivemos um pequeno problema no check in pois nos colocaram em um quarto que haveria a necessidade de troca durante o periodo da estadia sem oferecer uma opção de contorno o que nos deixou bem insatisfeitos. Porem, a situação foi muito bem resolvida no dia seguinte pelo gerente José o que fica os nossos parabens pelos seus serviços de excelencia, assim como os funcionários Alice e Axel. A Alice é o máximo no cafe da manhã e o Axel no jantar. Aliás, o restaurante do hotel tem uma comida divina.
