Really nice hotel and facilities. Staff were friendly. If there was anything id say that was disappointing would be only being given 2 teabags and 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay was a bit poor and if u wanted more you had to pay for it. No free water in the room either. Pillows we're like laying my head on a balloon, they were far to soft and puffy. Would I say here again, absolutely as so central and a really good quality hotel.

Mooie ruime schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Heel fijn dat we al vroeger konden inchecken en dat we na uitchecken de koffers konden laten staan zodat we de stad nog in konden.

Hotel con una ottima posizione ad Anversa vicinissimo alla stazione. Ideale per chi viaggia in treno. Camera molto accogliente e pulita con un unico neo le poche prese per caricare cellulari sono molto lontane dal letto. Consigliato

It was a good stay. It takes a few minitues from Antwerpen-Centraal station to the hotel. The staff explains the facility clearly. The breakfast service was good. That has a wide selection of food(bread, pancake, cereal, boiled egg, scrambled egg, salad, fruits). I was happy to bring a cup of cappuccino to my room. It would be better, if the breakfast starts earlier(weekday: starts at 7:00, sunday:starts at 7:30).

L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre ville mais étonnamment calme et serein. Le personne est très attentionné et très bienveillant. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel qui possède un atout majeur : une grande piscine en centre ville

De kamer was schoon en netjes opgemaakt, genoeg handdoeken aanwezig en het bed was oké, ik vond het bed persoonlijk iets te hard. De badkamer was schoon alleen de douche was matig, kleine douchekop en een douche gordijn… we hebben een prettig verblijf gehad en werden super geholpen aan de receptie. Het hotel zit bijna naast het station, ideaal. Wij hebben geen last gehad van geluid ondanks dat we dicht bij het station zaten. Echt een aanrader!

部屋は、清潔感があり、設備も大変良いです。駅からも近く、スーパーも近くにあり、徒歩で観光地を回れるのも魅力です。

Receptioniste Famke viel op door haar aandacht, vriendelijkheid en glimlach. Verder een prima hotel, fijne bar met vriendelijke bediening. Schone kamers!

Personeel is super aardig en oplossend gericht. Ik vond de prijs voor de overnachting te hoog. Als het inclusief ontbijt is dan zou de prijs goed zijn.

Au début du paraît très bien et si l'on regarde bien les détails un peu moins la douche fuit dans tous les sens les murs sont plein de poussière la bouteille d'eau est à 6 € pour un hôtel de ce niveau il y a aucun service gratuit et aucun petit plus pour satisfaire le client je n'y retournerai pas
