Dirty Room and Bedsheets. Room full of mosquitoes. Bathroom in a really bad condition. Service was not really helpful, had to wait 1.5 hours in a lobby to get our room. Breakfast ended earlier than it says. NO internet on the whole premise besides the lobby!!!! AC not working. Smell is really bad in the hotel.

We had an amazing stay. We loved that it was beach front so the views were fantastic! And it wasnt too crowded as well.

Séjour agréable au sein de l’établissement. Personnel correct. Les prestations sont bonnes. Planches de surf et combinaisons mises à disposition gratuitement. Restauration du petit déjeuner est copieuse et variée. Le seul hic au tableau sont les machines à café par la déficience de la distribution des produits.

Amazing staff but number of problems with room Telephone didn’t work for two days of stay.

the room was not cleaned properly , the a inclusive is very limited with one bar during the evening and limited time for resturants that are fully booked

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. There was entertainment throughout from yoga in the morning to poolside DJ’s and dancing in the evening. We had breakfast at the hotel, the food was fresh and a wide variety. Overall fantastic stay and I would highly recommend!

Der spilles vildt højt musik ved pool området. Og det er ret irriterende. Det kører hele dagen. Så vi kunne ikke ligge der og slappe af. Servicen i receptionen var ikke speciel go. Men følte man kom til besvær når man skulle spørge om noget. Morgenmaden dårlig. Men området og beliggenhed er i top.

Dåligt WiFi!!! Trångt på frukost och hårda sängar. Annars var mycket bra.

It’s ok, you get what you pay for I guess. Stayed there in early December 2024. The pool and the garden area overlooking the prom are nice. The breakfast omelette station is nice. The entertainment team are highly energetic. And it’s clean and as you see in the photos. And I went in low season. My niggles are all small, but enough to niggle especially when combined. 1) The food is very samey, limited, and luke warm and sat under lamps. 2) the wifi doesn’t work in your room and when you ask you’re told it’s for the communal areas only. 3). The showers are warm but not hot. 4). The showers lack pressure and leak to the floor as they dont drain quickly enough. 5) there is no security at the beach and street sellers (potential theives?) - are stopping to talk to holiday makers all the time, helping themselves to step in to the roped off area unchallenged - so I stayed by the pool. There was a guy sleeping on a sun lounger in a yellow t-shirt I couldn’t tell if he was staff or not but he wasn’t doing anything. 6) I did arrive early and was told my room was available, then was told it wasn’t and to come back later (fair enough but I did later wonder if he was wanting a tip). Then when my room was available, I was told, walk to the pool and turn left. It’s a big complex and my room was at the bottom of a couple of corridors, but no offer to help me find it. 7) December so at night time I was freezing!! Theres 2 two outdoor heaters but declined my request to turn on.

The hotel has some great features - it is on the beach and has sunbeds there for hotel guests. The pool is fantastic – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, which made a big difference during my stay. Breakfast was also great selection of food and nice quality. Another standout feature was the shower in my room – incredibly powerful and just what you need after a day at the beach or exploring the city. However, there were a couple of downsides to my stay. One major issue was the Wi-Fi. Despite being advertised, it is unusable. The only place I could connect was in one small corner of the hotel, which was neither practical nor comfortable. For a modern traveler, reliable internet is a must, and this was a significant letdown. Another issue was the entertainment. While I understand many guests enjoy evening shows and music, it was so loud that it made sleeping nearly impossible. Even with AirPods in and playing a podcast, the noise was overwhelming until it finally stopped around midnight most nights. For anyone looking to get to bed earlier or simply enjoy some peace, this would be a dealbreaker. Also if you are not on all-inclusive it is very hard to get lunch, it's easier to go off-site.

I would not return to this hotel. It is an all inclusive resort which sells rooms to fillbits quota. As we were not on an all inclusive prigram we could not eat at any of the restaurants except the buffet. Which did not have enough serve wear for the guests. The waiters hoarded the spoons! So you got one only if you demanded one for the cereal!!! And the rooms were so cheaply built that you could hear people upstairs. The bathroom was so poorly designed that the floor was very wet from a a shower. Not a good hotel.

Fint stort resort. Hyggelig betjening. Driver med oppussing. Ligger ved strandpromenaden, og er gåavstand til det meste om man er glad i å gå. Taxi er også billig om man pruter. Største minuset med hotellet var at vi ikke hadde wifi på rommet. Og gymmen var liten og nedslitt.

No A/C temperature 27 degrees C. Room extremely hot could not sleep, had to leave balcony door open and was eaten to death by mosquitoes. Room fridge was pathetic hardly cooled anything. The was nice and good breakfast selection.

Hôtel bien situé, site agréable, chambres propres et confortables. Je salue la grande gentillesse du personnel de ménage. En revanche : 1 - Hôtels.com m’a fait remplir un questionnaire en ligne avant mon séjour et, d’après le personnel d’accueil, il n’a jamais été transmis à l’hôtel. Nous avions précisé que nous séjournions pour notre anniversaire de mariage et on nous avait attribué des lits jumeaux séparés… 2 - Je demande au personnel d’accueil si on peut y remédier, leur montrant le questionnaire rempli, et on me répond sur un ton désagréable qu’un effort pour répondre aux attentes est fait en fonction de l’amabilité du client… ?On me signale aussi que si j’étais passé en direct avec l’hôtel, ça ne serait pas arrivé. 3 - La chambre qui nous a été attribuée se situait dans une aile de l’hôtel qui allait fermer pour travaux et nous avons donc subi les désagréments de va-et-vient de matelas, lits, lavabos et donc des parties communes encombrées et sales durant les 2 derniers jours. 4 - l’hôtel propose 3 restaurants à thème mais le prospectus qui nous a été donné à l’accueil n’était pas en accord avec les jours effectifs d’ouverture. Nous n’avons donc pu en tester qu’un. 5 - Nous avons rendu les serviettes de bain et quitté l’hôtel sans que l’on nous demande si le séjour s’était bien passé. Durant notre séjour nous sommes passés nous renseigner au Tkikida Beach, au Tikida Dunas et au Royal Decameron et l’accueil a été bien plus agréable qu’au Dunes d’Or.

Bon hôtel pour le prix que nous avons payé mais attention à la senteur dans la salle de bain toute la semaine

Das Hotel hat ein gute Lage und nettes Personal. Allerdings ist das Gebäude und die Räume sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Putz fällt von den Wänden, Die Lampen sind teilweise ohne funktion. Die Tür zwar mit Magnetstreifen ausgestattet, allerdings sicher ist das niemals. Das Bett ist einfach hart und instabil. bei 4,5 Sterne sind für die Ausstattung mindestens 3 zuviel.
