Nice clean spacious room. Courtiers staff also food was good.

I have been staying in this Hotel for almost 15 years, and its my first choice in City . I appreciate their food, specially breakfast , their sincerity in service & comfort of guest. Hotel management & staff both deserve loud appreciation for this consistency

By western standards city of Vapi is a bit rough ! This hotel is a bit dated and rough around the edges ! Restaurant staff and front desk staff were friendly

Bit of a higgledy-piggledy hotel with lots of strange steps. Overall very decent for the location and rooms were clean for our night stay. Staff were attentive and helpful.

The staff is relly kind and attencious. They try to do their best to assist you. There are some rooms without window...They can be more calm because in front of the hotel there is noisy road. But this place is, in my opinion, the best option in the region. The hotel is clean, the facilities are simple but in good state.

Compact and beautiful room, the only down fall is the location is too dusty outside

This review is about Hotels Dot Com, ITC tried really hard to accommodate the goof-up made by Hotels Dot Com. I had booked 2 Rooms at ITC and upon arrival realised that Hotels Dot Com had booked only 1 Room. Fortunately we got additional rooms. Thank goodness I opted to pay at the hotel and not at the Hotels Dot Com website otherwise would have lost all the money.

Reasonably priced.

I like the friendly and professional front desk staff. The gym next to the hotel is clean, comfortable with different kinds of equipment. A great hotel for travelers from other countries.

The toiletries could have been better. Everything else was pretty good.
