This PROPERTY IS FALSE ADVERTISING! The rooms are nothing like shown in the photos. When I reserve the room, I thought I have a room with beautiful views, and an open Onsen. That was absolutely not what I got.They were also portraying a large, beautiful blue public Onsen on the property, but I was told that hasn’t even been built, and it was not on that property. This company lies to get bookings. The staff is nice and very cordial and the included Japanese style breakfast was great,l. The existing shared Onsens were small but clean and nice. My room was not very clean. The couch was dirty with long black hairs still on it. Too bad that I had higher expectations. Otherwise, it would’ve been OK. The owners and management must be held accountable for false ad advertising!

Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Tage im Ryokan. Alles war sauber, jeder war absolut zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das essen war wirklich lecker und herausragend. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Amazing food, beautiful and well kept rooms, and we loved the private balcony baths.

Enjoyed the large rooms! Love the private onsens! Traditional breakfast and dinner superb! Great accomodation with free shuttle pickup at station and return is very helpful! We will return.

The hotel was incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. After the hustle of Tokyo and Osaka, it was the perfect place to unwind. The room layout was thoughtful, spacious, and designed for real relaxation. The food was amazing: healthy, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The servers made a genuine effort to speak English, which was very much appreciated, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming. The airport shuttle was a huge help, especially since the walk up to the hotel is uphill. There’s also a bus stop within about 10 minutes, though the incline varies depending on where you’re headed. Overall, I have nothing but praise. I’d happily stay here again.
