Das Hotel liegt etwa 1500 m vom Stadtzentrum (Marktplatz) entfernt, ideal für einen Spaziergang durch eine ruhige Straße, wenn das Wetter es zulässt. Ausgezeichnete, reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstücke. Sehr freundlicher Service. Es ist offensichtlich, dass das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig ist, aber seine Vorzüge (Küche, Spa mit Pool und Saunen) gleichen diese kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten aus.

Hotel czasy świetności ma dawno za sobą. Pokój w porządku czysty i odpowiednich rozmiarów. Śniadania różnorodne - bardzo dobre. Najgorszym punktem jest SPA, zamówiliśmy masaż dla dwojga. Bez informacji realizowany oddzielnie. W sali masażu słychać wszystkie dźwięki z basenu, jest zero szans na relaks. Muzyka źle dobrana, masażyści w dresach. Masaż nienajgorszy, ale daleko mu do dobrego. Strata pieniędzy. Strafa saun i basenów ok - choć czuć brak taktu obsługi, chwile przed zamknięciem po prostu gaszone jest światło :D Myślę że można w tychh pieniądzach znaleźć coś lepszego w Kazimierzu.

First thing I noticed is that the staff is poorly trained, the ladies at the reception seemed to be bothered by people checking in, not particularly friendly, nobody smiles. Waiters/waitresses also seemed to be unhappy and bothered by people. No one in the spa reception, had to wait more than 10 min and go and knock at some doors for someone to come outside and give us towels and keys to the lockers, also that person seemed angry that had to come and do her job? Hotel is clean, location is good although it can be a bit noisy because it is by the main road. Bed is confortable. Breakfast was OK, good variety of teas, coffee from nescafe machine was rubbish worse than instant coffee.

Bardzo słabe śniadanie

Sam hotel w porządku. Miła obsługa. Zdecydowanym minusem jest śniadanie. Tylko podstawowe produkty. Na tle innych hoteli o podobnej klasie, w tym śniadanie wypada bardzo słabo. Chyba jest wliczone dla wszystkich gości, bo zdecydowanie lepiej pójść na miasto i zjeść smaczniej. To śniadanie jest jak w hotelu 2 gwiazdkowym. Oczywiście jak ktoś nie ma porównania to może będzie zadowolony, ja naprawdę dużo jeżdżę i mam wiedzę jak jest w innych obiektach. Stad moja surowa krytyka, zwłaszcza ze noclegi maja cenę jak Hilton w Wawie.

This hotel is a large modern place converted from a former grainary, with all the mod-cons you could want. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Note that this hotel is a decent hike from the center of town.

河畔的鄉村風情，適合療養～優

Lovely hotel experience, with a nice sauna and spa facilities. Food was good as well with room service. A Hen do was super noisy in the evening at the lobby where our room faced, so we got a free upgrade to a silent room to solve the problem, which was a quick and easy solution for everyone - therefore a good service.

Pobyt bardzo udany, miła i serdeczna obsługa, pyszne śniadania, pokój zadbany i czysty. W restauracji piękna muzyka na żywo.

A beautiful building, both inside and out. Very clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient parking adjacent to the hotel. A couple of small critiques; only one towel hook in the shower room, television could have been larger. One major critique. No effort whatsoever to enforce COVID-19 protocols at the buffet.
