The hotel is lovely, great location and our room was big with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with enough vegan options for us. However, when we checked in, we were told the restaurant was all full for dinner and couldn't make reservations. We were tired from traveling all day and very hungry. The hotel should have been able to accommodate 2 more people for dinner.

Fantastic setting, great views from pool and breakfast room. Pool fantastic, not cold. Nice breakfast and bedroom lovely. We walked into Milazzo and to the castle from the hotel. We travelled by train and on arriving at Milazzo station there was a bus to take us to the town centre. We walked to the hotel from there but there is a quite a steep up hill walk to the hotel.

Hotellet er i rigtig god stand og ligger på en bakke med en fantastisk udsigt udover vandet. Vores værelse var rigtig fint, dog boede vi på 1. etage, hvor der var meget larm fra receptionen og ekstra sengen, som vores 8-årige lå i, larmede/knirkede meget, hver eneste gang hun vendte sig. Morgenmadsbuffeten er fantastisk med både salt og sødt. Poolområdet var også rigtig fin. Vi lå kun ved den pool, som også var åben for offentligheden, men der var reserveret senge til hotellets gæster. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse!

Flot udsigt over havet. Gode pools. Elendig mad til frokost. Nogenlunde morgenmadsbuffet. Rimeligt langt at gå til byen. Et generelt middel hotel.

Fantastisk hotel, moderne

We did not feel welcome here. Staff not friendly. It was mid-May and the pool had no services, towels or anyone nearby. We were glad we only stayed here one night.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for boat trips from Milazzo to Lipari, Stromboli and Vulcano etc The hotel has wonderful rooms with stunning views over Harbour. (And in good weather distant views of etna) Pool area is great and parking is fine (which is so important in Sicily) However there was a degree of disinterest of staff with paying guests. During our stay we were told without warning that restaurant and pool would be closed due to a wedding. The noise from wedding went straight to our room till 3am. Very annoying and a shame as they stay up to then had been great. That said I guess we were unlucky with timing and I would recommend the hotel if you are planning a boat trip from milazzo, providing you don’t mind the 30 min walk to harbor (which we don’t)

Beautiful hotel and beautiful surroundings. Big balcony room with view of the marina and sea. Great breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights. First night was woken at 11pm by loud music that went on for a couple of hours. Sounded like a private party in restaurant. Was only told at check in that restaurant wasn’t serving food - nothing about the party. Hotel is very echoey. Music went on till about half 12 -1 am. Second morning was woken by building work.

Large facility with nice amenities including parking, pool with a view of the sea, clean room with a sea view, and large breakfast bar and dining.Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and relax after departing from ferry.

Not much vegetarian options in the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly and accommodating
