Das Hotel an sich war OK. Jedoch hat es keine eigenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Man muss auf einem fremden Gelände parken und wird dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit von dem Betreiber mit Bußen abgestraft. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte aufpassen. Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen

Arnaque !!! Nous avions réservés une chambre avec climatisation. Quel déception quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel sans climatisation et dans la chambre, sous le bureau fixé au mur, se trouvait un refroidisseur que nous avons dû laisser tourner toute la nuit malgré le bruit, presque 200€ la nuit sans petit déjeuner, même pas une machine à café dans la chambre, pas de personnel, c'est se moquer du monde 😞

Generaly it was OK.But when we came we found difficult to enter the hotel.Access. to the hotel , our room 203 A.C didn't work. Breakfast was good. Communication with the staff at times difficult. We came from uk. Mainly speak English.

Staff were difficult to deal with as nobody at reception, only a phone number. Had an issue with myself and a colleague’s reservation being confused and swapped around. Otherwise hotel was nice.

Kein Personal vor Ort nur über Telefone erreichbar. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

Das Allerletze. Self check in. Parkgebühren 1 Fr/Stunde. Frühstück abartig teuer. Preis/Lesitungsverh. Unterirdisch. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Einmal und nie wieder.

The room itself was fine. But just a few hours before arrival (and after the free cancellation window) the hotel emailed us to say they were overbooked and they had rebooked us into another hotel. Free parking was just for 4 hours (not overnight). On arrival we couldn't work the touch screen and get our automated key so had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes while phoning for help. After leaving we got an email from the original hotel saying that we were a "no show" and would be charged for that hotel too …

Das Zimmer was gut, zweckmässig und war mit all dem ausgestattet wo wir brauchten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim online check in hatten wir einige Probleme. Wir wurden aber dann kundigen Gästen und einer Angestellten sehr nett bedient. Mit bestem Dank und Grüssen Annalise Walser

Wir waren in der Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Allerdings war der Föhn defekt. Die Heizung im Bad konnte nicht angemacht werden. Der Check-in war ohne Probleme! Wir kommen gerne wieder!‘n

Alles wie immer tip top.Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Was ich nicht verstehe dass das seher tolle Resraurant per ende Jahr schliesst.Ist eine sehr feine Küche mit Flair und Liebe und einen tollen innovativen Chef.

War schön öfters da immer sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauber gepflegt .Die Küche einfache toll.Und für jeden Geschmack was feines dabei . Die Küche ist sehr flexibel bei Wünschen.Der Küchenchef mega nett.

Ottima la soluzione del checkin/checkout automatico. Colazione decorosa.
