The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was excellent and that staff also made us welcome. The room was clean. The location is overlooking the lake and has easy access to the lakefront promenade. It’s about a five minute walk to the center of the city and the ferry terminals. Regarding ferries we do recommend checking departure times with ticket agents. The schedules don’t always match. This is not related to the hotel. We woukd stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel not only because of the great location and the wonderful rooms, pool, breakfast, etc, but the amazing staff. So well trained and hospitality

We didn’t need the AC and the bar had two bottles of water in the fridge. The staff were very friendly and generally speaking the rooms were clean.

Such an amazing value for the incredible views and walk ability to restaurants and the ferry! We were able to walk there from the train station easily as well when we arrived and departed. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed an apertivo at the restaurant on site each night. The balcony views were amazing and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!

Maravilhoso hotel. Simplesmente perfeito. Localização maravilhosa, limpo, confortável, quarto com varanda é enorme e espaçoso e bastante aconchegante.

In the heart of the town, near the lake, good stuff and good breakfast

It’s not always constructive to leave negative reviews however, it’s important to highlight that this hotel is not what I would consider 4 stars and consequently I considered this rating to be misleading having recently spent three nights in the hotel. Positives: close proximity to Desenzano town centre, sits on the lake and friendly staff (reception and bar). Shortcomings: dated interior, cleanliness (flies on window sills).
