We liked the location of the hotel, the helpful staff, the room (10) and the amenities. This is our four time at the hotel and if we come to Lucca again will stay there.

Fint hotell! Bra bar tilknyttet hotellet. Bakdelen er beliggenhet ved en sterkt trafikkert hovedvei, så støy på rommet ( særlig ambulanser)

Location is just outside the city walls yet very convenient to two of the entry portals. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and beds are comfortable

Our room was very clean and well appointed and within easy walking distance to the walled city of Lucca. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb.

A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom.

I have been traveling to Italy on business for over 30 years. In my opinion this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms may not be the most elegant but everything just feels well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was nice.

Some of the pastries for breakfast were not that fresh but they have several other items to choose among, the staff where really nice and friendly.

O quarto do hotel é muito aconchegante e extremamente limpo, proporcionando uma estadia muito confortável. O café da manhã é excelente, com ótimas opções e qualidade impecável. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. O hotel também possui estacionamento, o que facilita bastante, principalmente para quem está de carro. Além disso, a localização é ótima, ficando perto das principais atrações, o que permite aproveitar bem a cidade. Recomendo muito o hotel!

One of our favorite hotels in Italy. Great value but even more great hotel. The room was so quiet, clean and comfortable bed. The ac/heat was perfect. The staff check-in were so nice. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable along with friendly staff.
