I liked the clean of.the room

Horrible management. I stayed 3 days. They could not figure out how to connect WiFi throughout entire hotel. They also could not figure out how to have the phones in the room work so for every single situation instead of calling the lobby I needed to go down the elevator which was highly annoying. And a special bonus. They didn’t give me clean towels any day until after 8pm. Horrible hotel management. Don’t stay here. Really bad hotel. Horrible

No me gustó como nos recibieron en recepción, ya que nonse por qué la aplicación no realizó el debito de la tarjeta, pero si hizo la reservación. El muchacho de recepción fue muy agrecivo al decirnos que no estaba pagada la habitación y hasta que su jefe le dijo algo que hizo que cambiara de actitud y nos solventó el impase

Mucho zancudos. Hay que fumigar. El TV no funciona. WiFi débil. No lo recomiendo.

The location is great. Staff personnel was very friendly. The breakfast was included was good. The hotel needs a little upgrade to make it more attractive. A lot of good restaurants around. The view of the city from the rooftop is incredible

Hotel con habitaciones muy cómodas, muy bien ubicado, en un sitio seguro, tranquilo y con acceso a buenos restaurantes.

Rooms were rundown, even the grand suite we eventually stayed in. The hotel as a whole seems tired and needs remodeling. Staff were more than accommodating and friendly.

La habitación aceptable, pero el piso y puerta del baño muy deteriorados, la cama muy incómoda al igual que las almohadas y las zonas húmedas muy deterioradas

The WiFi network wasn’t working properly. Everything else was fine.

I like the area, because it is easier to find restaurant with different type of food. Around the hotel is calm, so it is a good place to sleep.

Everything was good,one issue was that the wifi works fine but as soon u get in to your room it's not working anymore

The room had water damage to floor, the tiles were coming up and weee dirty. For the best hotel in the area we were very disappointed. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 3 years and this was my last. With all the new hotels opening, this one needs a major renovation to be able to compete. Again very disappointed.

Clean hotel however it could use some new furnishing updates from 1990 to the present. The bed was very firm but had quality bedding. The air conditioner beds updated and as when the sun goes down, it cannot keep the room cool. The LVT has spots in which the surface has been worn and needs tiles replaced. The water faucet extends to the middle of the sink which makes it difficult to wash your face without making a mess.
