Fantastic location, two minutes from the main square. Lovely clean rooms and maid service every day. Friendly staff apart from the woman at breakfast, couldn’t even crack a smile. Limited choice at breakfast, I’m not a fussy person but struggled each morning to enjoy it. We ate out the last morning. Other than that I would highly recommend Cru Hotel

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä (ystäväni 70v- synttärit oli huomioitu kivasti) ja huone tilava. Kolmas sänky oli vuodesohva ja se ei ollut sopiva aikuiselle. En suosittele huonetta kolmelle aikuiselle. Aamupala oli melko vaatimaton.

Siisti huone, hienot puitteet ja sijainti. Huoneen äänieristyksessä on parantamisen varaa. Naapurihuoneesta kuului puhe todella hyvin läpi.

Quarto muito grande e bem rústico, o que combina totalmente com a atmosfera da cidade (além da cama ser bem confortável). Café da manhã é bom e a localização é excelente, no começo da cidade medieval e com acesso a todos os pontos turísticos a pé

There was problem with the plumbing. Having advised the manager he move us to another room however this was even worse with toilet waste’ coming up through the shower plug whilst using the shower. On discussing with the manager he advised he had done nothing following our first complaint and merely apologised offering a third room for us to use for the shower. There was no one on site at the hotel until 9am so once I had showed had to wait almost 2 hours before being able to re shower. I would not recommend this hotel.

Paljon portaissa nousua mutta samalla hyvin eksoottinen linnamainen paikka. Aamiainen vaatimaton perus aamiainen ja automaattikahvi.

Room was small but tidy. Not sure why it needed a wine fridge though. I unplugged that because it was noisy, the music from the restaurant below can be a bit much but they shut it off at a reasonable time. The location is good. The main downside was the lack of elevator and some very steep steps. Try to pack light if you’re going to stay here

Aamiainen oli melko vaatimaton.

Aamiainen oli niukka, mutta silti kaiken oleellisen sisältävä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja saimme mm. silitysraudan pyydettäessä huoneeseen. Kaupat ja muut palvelut sijaitsivat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Ilmastointi ei toiminut huoneessa. Aamiainen riittävä ja monipuolinen.

Personalet virkede 100% ligeglad med en, der står der er tjekind ind til kl. 23 det er der ikke den er allerede lukket før kl. 21 morgenmaden starter først kl. 8 hvilket er fint hvis man er på ferie, ikke så fedt når man skal på arbejde. Sengen var okay men der var så meget støj på værelset, jeg havde værelse nr. 12 og der var en konstant pivelyd. Lokationen på hotelt er godt

Perfect location, easy to get to key areas in the city. Room was great, though if you are facing the street, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as it can get very noisy on the weekend and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was standard. Overall I would stay here again.
