Friendly, kind and helpful staff.

Spacious clean room. Great shower!

Needs trolley for alot of bags rather than struggling up stairs or in the Lift.

Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, spacious, handy location. Great value.

Positives: - Rooms very clean - updated bathroom, great size ! - comfy beds. Negatives - noisy outside location, off main road. - thin walls so can hear your neighbours. - damp, mouldy room. - poor ventilation leaving a damp room. Even the sheets on the bed felt damp. Otherwise, value for money. Friendly staff.

We’ve stayed here a few times, good location on the north shore and reasonably priced. Rooms are comfortable for families with older children too.

The property is looking quite tired on the outside and is a strange layout which had me a little worried but once we got into the room it was much nicer and lovely and clean.

A very pleasant welcome on arrival, a lovely room with all the facilities I required for 3 comfortable nights while working in the area. Will definitely return.

It's a nice located hotel. But it charges a little higher than the relatives hotel nearby. 枕頭套以及 床單似乎用了太多的清潔劑 味道比較濃。 應該準備 一個切菜板及水果刀 以方便客人 吃水果使用。

Lovely spacious room and fantastic shower!!

We stayed here for 6 nights - 2 adults and a 12yr old. The check in was very smooth and convenient, friendly staff. Room was very nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Staff were amazing and really helpful

Clean, good sized room with kitchenette. Walking distance to beach and Takapuna. Gym could have been better but the sauna was a bonus.

Great big shower and vanity unit was really good. A negative was the street noise overnight in Lake Road. Lack of service lift in our block was a bit strange and inconvenient. Overall an OK one night stay thank you.
