Only thing missing is a ramp, from reception to the lift there’s a staircase with about 7-8 steps so you have to carry your suitcases

My stay at the Mercure hotel was very nice; the location is excellent, walking distance to the cool area with all the restaurants and places of interest. The breakfast had a great variety and was plentiful.

Dejligt hotel venlig og inødekommende pesonale flot og rummelig rum. Vi havde værele me elvi udsigt til folketinget. Det ligger i god agstand til næsten alt i beograd centrum. Men husk gode behagelige sko Vi er fuldt tilfredse med opholdet

Konumı gayet güzel. Şehiri gezmek isteyenler için tavsiye ederim. Çarşaflar, havlu ve banyo temizliği gayet yeterliydi. Konaklama yerinde ödeme seçeneğini seçmeme rağmen girişten 1 gün önce kartımdan tahsilat yapmaya çalışmaları şık olmadı!

The room was not as described: I booked a superior room with city view, but I was assigned a smaller room overlooking the courtyard. Central location, decent breakfast.

My 5th or 6th stay there. Lovely refurbished older building. Great location. Dining options. Helpful staff.

Not a good breakfast. Limited options and not enough fruit. Really no restaurants nearby but good supermarket about 150 metres away. Shopping is about 10 minute walk. Hotel restaurant has difficultly with food quality and serving in English.

Room clean but a bit small and pricey. Staff:some friendly and some not. Breakfast is good but not excellent. Disliked elevator: only one (for 7 floors) and capacity for 2 persons. You may spend a lot of time waiting for.

Ein tolles Hotel mit tollen

Hotel in posizione fantastica, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus A1 da e per l'aeroporto a Piazza Slavija. A 20 minuti di passeggiata al centro della città a Piazza Repubblica, tutto è molto vicino. Negozi, cafè e market vicini. Staff molto gentile, camera bella, ampia e pulita con bollitore e caffè e te'. Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei una seconda volta.

Mercure manages to keep the spirit of what used to be Excelsior. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Correct breakfast. Top location
