Good location, friendly and helpful staff

Gostei bastante do Hotel, os funcionários da entrada foram muito gentis, inclusive deixaram a mala do depósito, mesmo quando já tínhamos feito checkout e pude andar mais um pouco pela cidade. O ponto negativo fica para o Wi-Fi e tomada, o quarto onde fiquei que era twin, só tinha 1 tomada, e o Wi-Fi simplesmente não funcionava.

While it could use some upgrades the place was clean and well located. The staff was helpful even though we did not speak Spanish. Neighborhood was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the shower was hot, the towels and sheets excellent.

I loved everything about this hotel. I stayed a week, and everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Several of the men spoke English to me to answer my questions, and everyone was cheerful and kind. The location is ideal. This neighborhood is safe and beautiful, and there are restaurants and places for coffee in every direction. The restaurant in the hotel is fine for breakfast or lunch. It is easy to get to the Callao subway stop and all of the tourist destinations in Recoleta. My room was cleaned every day with clean towels and linens. The room was older, but totally clean and nice. I had a street-facing window, so it was bright. There is a sitting area in the lobby that is comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to get a room way before check in time which allow me time to rest and get ready for the day. It was much appreciated.

Very old hotel very small room with view to a dirty wall.Not a palace. Paid with credit card to Hotels.com $98 per night actual rate at the hotel 15000 pesos about $50 usd. I was denied my request for a receipt at the hotel. Location is good in Recoleta. Breakfast was not included. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Estadía muy corta, de solo unas horas. Muy buena ubicación. Habitación cómoda, con algunos detalles de mantenimiento para ver (enchufes viejos). Muy buen baño.

Agua fría desayuno frío y mala atención. Salvo la gente de rececpcion muy cordial

Location and staff were excellent. The double bed was inadequate and the air conditioning was noisy. The breakfast was uninteresting and very basic. The Wi-Fi was good.

No había señal para ver TV. No tenía enchufes adecuados para cargar celulares.

Un hotel comodo y barato en pleno Recoleta. El personal muy amable y servicial. Buen servicio de desayuno. Solo pasamos una noche, pero nos fuimos muy conformes.

Lo mejor: la ubicación y la atención del personal. El precio no guarda mucha relación con la calidad del hotel (demasiado caro para lo que es).

Estivemos lá em outubro/2018. É um hotel simples, mas que oferece o básico de forma bastante satisfatória. Ou seja, não há luxo, mas o custo-benefício é muito bom. Tem TV a cabo, Wi-fi, cofre, ar condicionado...a limpeza é bem feita, o chuveiro é bom e a água bem quentinha! Gostamos!
