This is an excellent 4* hotel very close to the city centre and port. Very helpful staff on reception with parking on the road just outside the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very good value. A very enjoyable stopover on our trip to Puglia. We shall return.

Staff were fluent in English and exceptionally pleasant. Safely stored our luggage as we arrived easily and stayed late. Amazing breakfast with various meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, abundant pastries and barista crafted espresso/cappuccinos included. Most wonderful stay and best value!!

The property is in great condition, but the area by the historic center is pretty run down. Surprisingly, there are a few good jewelry shops and restaurants there. The hotel is right by the port so convenient if you need to travel to other countries. The breakfast offered was excellent with many selections for pastries, fruits, cheese, bread, meat, and coffee including options for soy and almond milk. You can also get made to order eggs and pancakes. Amenities are great, providing toiletries, robe, and slippers. Shout out to Alicia for her exquisite restaurant recommendations, what to see, and making us feel welcomed, including welcoming our service dog. Notably, you have to pay for a cleaning fee although the stay was free for our service dog. Annalisa was also helpful at checkout.

Beautiful room and hotel and very helpful staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean with robes and slippers provided. The breakfast was great and omelette and eggs were cooked to order along with fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel was located very near to the old town with lots of restaurants and historical sites.

Will come back for sure!

We had quite an enjoyable three-night stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were wonderfully helpful and polite. The included breakfast was a real plus, served by very courteous waitresses. Our only gripe would be the noise level one night, with some guests being rather boisterous and extremely loud in the corridors late at midnight. A bit of a shame, but it doesn't overshadow what was otherwise a thoroughly commendable stay. Would happily return.

A fine choice of hotel. The room was clean and comfy. A good selection at breakfast including omelette cooked to order if that’s what you like. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
