Great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was top notch

Very close to ski lift and has a ski room. Good parking. Breakfast was delicious. Recently renovated lobby. Clean rooms with a bit of a chalet feel.

Wonderful stay! Newly renovated. Staff was great. Very convenient location walking distance to the village and across the street from the main gondola.

What a great hotel, service and location. Couldn’t be closer to the ski lifts for ski season - and a short walk from central Kitzbühel. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay there again

Fantastic very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us, great location for cable car and beautiful family sized room with brilliant view from balcony - a little more expensive to upgrade but well worth it. Clean and lovely hotel.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption. Tolle neu renovierte Zimmer, nur leider keine Klimaanlage. Ansonsten ein super Hotel mit neuem Spa und allem was man sich wünschen kann.

Very well run hotel, ski in ski out, with friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Good Austrian cuisine. Will highly recommended it.

Great hotel with ski storage with locker, right beside the lift. 5 minute walk to the center of town. Room was clean and there were great winter hot drinks.

Great location and very good service. Sad there was no kettle in the room and the spa pool was cold. Particularly disappointing that the wellness area including the only steam room and sauna were nudist and not advertised as such until you arrived. Not fair when I happily paid for those facilities.

What an excellent property. Super welcoming and friendly. Great food and atmosphere. The spa was very nice and they entire staff was great.

Property is clean and has good amenities, convenient location, however the breakfast buffet needs higher/better quality products.
