Paciencia con los clientes

There was a mix up with the room but the staff was great and got me a room comparable to the room I had booked

There were way too many problems due to their invompetence. Each time there was a problem that they created, I would be interrupted multiple times so they could fix their mistakes.

Parking gardé. Petit déjeuner correct. Robinetterie vieillotte. Personnel sympathique. Grande chambre. Ascenseur. Quartier sympa.

The only issue is that we can hear nosy from next property, so loud until 11.in the night, also the room was too dark form me, but the rest was very nice

I ask for one king bed, i found 1 is correct , but was one more bed , i dont know why, was very unconfortable the tv , i have to move when i walking around the room , also no to many chanel only basic ,

I choose a room it have bathtub but when I checked in, it didn’t have. I just wanna a good bath in here.

La habitación estuvo bien, la ducha mal diseñada y con baja presión de agua. El desayuno y la atención en el restaurante muy bueno.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Miraflores cerca de todo. La habitacion muy amplia y comoda. Y el personal extremadamente amable. Kudos para ellos.

I stayed at the Allpa Hotel for two nights while I was in Lima. I was very pleased with the room's comfort, and the breakfast was great. I stayed at another hotel with a/c issuse, so I was glad to find that the air conditioner worked well in this room. The location is also ideal. It's within walking distance to Miraflores.

En general el hotel es muy bueno. Tiene excelente ubicación, habitación es amplia y cómoda y muy limpio, el personal es amable y muy atento. El desayuno está bien, pero es exactamente igual todos los días, deberían cambiar al menos cada semana
