We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.

Super Hotel,wir waren schon 3 mal da.Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking.

Unfortunately, the hot pool is still not in operation. Room cleaning is very sloppy. I really appreciate the good food and the great selection, as well as the new sauna world.

Wir waren als Familie, mit 2 Teenager-Kindern für 3 Nächte dort und hatten eine ganz wundervolle Zeit. Klar ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer (Superior-Zweibettzimmer mit Verbindungstüre) waren total in Ordnung, sehr geräumig und sauber so wie auch der Rest des Hotels. Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen tollen Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Die Badelandschaft ist ausreichend und macht Freude, das Freizeitangebot (Fitnesscenter, Spieltische, Billard, Tischtennis,..) macht Spaß. Die Verpflegung ist sehr, sehr toll. Man kann quasi rund um die Uhr essen und trinken, an der Qualität gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, es gibt sogar eine eigene kleine Essensecke für Allergiker, Veganer. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten alles was wir brauchten und mehr und kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent food, unfortunately the sparkling wine for breakfast is no longer available. The hot pool is out of order. Cleaning only on request, I have never encountered this.

Für Familien mit Kindern einfach perfekt.
