Good hotel and perfect in order to visit the old town.

21日から2泊しました、着いた日夜10時でした、ホテルのフロントに誰もいなくて少し待っても来ないので、ベルも無いため、まわりウロウロしてやっと見つけたと思ったら後から来た客を先に対応してすぐ終わらないので、主人が怒ったので対応したのですが、態度が悪いから名前を聞いたら言わなかった、最悪、次の日朝のフロントの人はすごく対応が良かった、私達老人なのに部屋が別館の3階でエレベーターがなく、誰も手伝ってくれない、最悪でした、

Brilliant small hotel in a very quiet and secure location. Our introduction was through the charming receptionist Amelia. Not only is she professional and efficient but she is also friendly and delightful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The kind of person who makes a short stay memorable. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the breakfast fresh and plentiful. We were also able to use the dining room to order in some food rather than going out to a restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the help. Highly recommended.

Fantastiskt hotell mitt inne i ett bostadskvarter som är lugnt och lummigt. Gångavstånd till stadskärnan. Stort rum med härlig balkong.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean linens, comfy bed and good pillows. Better sound-proof isolation would be recommended. I will book again.

The second time here in one year. Enjoyed, worths the money, clean, quiet, staff friendly.

Die Lage lässt einiges zu wünschen übrig..aber es ist ja Rumänien...was erwartet man da schon

Sehr freundliche menschen, Frühstück sehr gut Excelenter Kaffe Ruhige Gegend mit sehr viel Grün

Unterkunft ist sehr zum Empfehlen ! Alles sauber nettes Personal. Einzige am Frühstück kann man bissle was verbessern.

Everything was excellent, especially the morning breakfast, very generous and diverse. Lack of an elevator is the reason for four stars only. Thank you
