black mold in the bathroom over the shower? As a five star hotel this is very dissapointing. We could hear those in other rooms talk at some points. Also no window that could be opened, which should be clearly communicated in the room description. It has a jacuzzi and the rooms look nice, with good service. Forgot to take a photo of the mold spots, but it was probably 2 big spots of about 10-20 cm… disgusting. Did not dare to go close and check the spot, but we are 80% certain it was some type of mold.

Bra läget, hjälpsamma personaler. Vi bodde tre nätter och hade så bra. Frukosten var riktigt politiskt och många alt att välja. Fräsch och god.

Værelset var rent. Faciliteterne var helt iorden. Jeg ku godt finde på komme tilbage. God lokation ifht gågaden , stationen mm. God oplevelse 😊

Hotel staff was very helpful and kind all time. Allowed me a store bag so I could hike after my checkout. Really made the experience great. Loved the hot tub with a Mountain View very relaxing.

Very kind staff

This was my second stay in this hotel after about 2-3 year gap. Before parking and breakfast were included. Both these charges are excessive in my opinion.

Great location, enjoyed our stay.

I find it hard to call this a 5-star hotel. It feels old, the furniture is heavy and outdated, one of two elevators wasn't working throughout our stay (causing long waits for the other elevator), and most importantly - service is far from being at a 5-star level. The guy who checked us in was very grumpy and unfriendly, and on another night - the lady at the reception kept us waiting for over 5 minutes while having a casual chitchat with a friend. (there were, however, very nice receptionists at other times). It's important to be aware of the high hidden fees at this hotel. It advertises competitive prices, but only when you check in, you realize that they charge 80 zloty (20$) as a daily parking fee, while most other parking lots in the city charge only 20-30 zloty per day. With such an extra 15-20% to the room price, their prices are not that competitive any more...
