Ho perso i soldi per andare in altra struttura, per cui ho detto tutto!!!

Posizione ottima, ma purtroppo finisce qui. Le scale in legno per arrivare dentro l'hotel, sono sconnesse e pieni di intonaco staccato e tenute male. Ho soggiornato nella camera 305, piccolissima e con diversi problemi seri. Durante la notte il quadro elettrico produce un rumore assordante quando la chiave è inserita: per riuscire a dormire ho dovuto toglierla, restando così senza corrente in tutta la stanza.I muri sono talmente sottili che si sente chiaramente ogni parola proveniente dalle altre camere. La parete dietro il letto mostrava muffa, umidità e intonaco staccato, e la testata era praticamente appoggiata direttamente su quella parete.Il bagno è minuscolo: chiudendo la porta si rimane letteralmente incastrati, rendendo l’utilizzo molto scomodo. Pprta dingresso alla stanza sporchissima. E non ho aperto la piccolissima finestra....

The ubication was very good; close to Main Plaza and Puerta del Sol. The room was OK, with a balcony and the bathroom only had toilett and liquid soap for hands. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or hair dryer, and the shower soap dispenser was completely empty. It was impossible to take a shower. There's no reception, and you need a code to enter the building, as well as the hostel itself. Last night, my mother and I arrived at midnight after dinner and couldn't get into the building because the code they gave me didn't work. After 15 minutes (it was freezing, and my 84-year-old mother was there), some guests arrived and opened the entrance door with a new code, which it wasn’t informed to me. Finally, when I tried to check in at the hostel's automated machine, I entered my last name, and it said I hadn't paid, even though I had paid the reservation in full. I had to contact them via WhatsApp, and they told me to check in again with my reservation number. Only then did it show that my reservation was fully paid in advance.

Could not enter property because did noy get code. Had to wait fot a guest to get out. I called sent email whats app no answer. Inside lobby diferent phone number Then they answer. Very stresfull situation

Es funcional pero es muy desagradable ver las paredes embarradas y sucias

Chambre simple, manque de confort au niveau matelas, les linges de lit ne sont pas très propre. Chambre mal isolé on entend aussi bien dehors que les chambres voisines. Va bien pour une nuit mais pas plus.

When you arrive to the apartment blg. you ring the intercom of the hostal and nobody answers, I phone the contact number on my reservation and the # is not in service; finally 2 guests came and they let me in. Elevator doesn’t work, it’s on the 3rd floor. Once in the hostal Cindy was most helpful and walked us through the check in process from a machine

No limpiaron la habitación mientras estuvimos (2 noches) porque la limpieza se hace cada tercer dia.

The room was great and met our expectations. Considering the price and location, it offered excellent value for money. We had some difficulty during check-in because the Hotels.com reservation number was different from the hotel’s internal booking reference, so it may be helpful to confirm the correct reservation number in advance to make the process smoother. However, the hotel responded promptly and provided the necessary support, which we truly appreciated.

A localização é perfeita, vale muito a pena. A hospedagem era limpa e organizada. Não tivemos problemas com check-in.

No me gustó no estaba limpio el baño con hongos muy pequeño la cama dura y la almohada igual dura y con la funda sucia no creo que me quedaría otra vez

La ubicación es excelente por esa razón lo volveríamos a elegir. Pero para ingresar al check in por primera vez, sino hubiera habido alguien más no hubiéramos podido entrar porque como no podíamos hacer llamadas al extranjero pues ni pudimos contactar al administrador por lo que no nos proporcionaron código de ingreso, nos los dijo alguien de ahí que encontramos por suerte. La habitación es pequeña y la calefacción es débil, el internet es bueno pero si es algo pequeña la habitación. Las camas algo rígidas pero logras descansar. Su cortina blanco out funciona muy bien. Hay mucho ruido en las noches por los bares de abajo eso igual no es muy agradable pero creo que es normal por la ubicación.
