Location is scenic. However the hotel does not provide kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Drinking water was not replenished daily. It is very inconvenient because have to go to the restaurant at the lobby to get water and hot water. This inconvenience is unacceptable for the price you pay for the stay. Hope they can provide this basic necessity to guests in the future.

I think it all has to do with expectations. I think the main problem was it just lacked basic hotel items. No water kettle, no rubbish bin in the room, you had to pay for a coffee or tea yet there was no way to get any - same with water, luckily you can just drink the tap water. I think overall it would be a 5/5 if the hotel was rated 3 stars and was about 100 euros less a night

The hotel is well situated for the local attractions particularly Tre Cime. The rooms are large (almost too big) but quite basic. The en-suite bathroom by comparison was very small and not well maintained. Our shower head didn’t stay attached to the holder making it hard to use. The hair dryer would only work for about 30 seconds before overheating and stopping which drove my partner mad. The four course dinner was ok. Nothing special but decent for 45 euros each. The buffet starter was good and the breakfast buffet was also good. No air con or fans in the room which would have helped during our stay. I’ve marked it down as I didn’t think it was great value for money. Staff were pretty good to be fair.

Camera pulitissima ed enorme. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Ideale anche per famiglie, come la nostra con un bambino piccolo. Consigliatissimo!
